Description : Sorry about the name, I really didn't know what to call it. I made this in practice. Learning using different techniques. Instruments too.I need to try a solo drum to get better at my drum work. and some notes too. Eventually I want to get to making full on cinematic music.

Description : Initially called Gemini, a electro music project who I totally overwrite it to make The Great Devorer. That's where the name come from. A project who consumed an another whole.The Great Devorer is a mix between horror and melodic cinematic music. Like some of my previous work I recommend to use headphone for the panning effect. Any constructive comment are welcome !

Description : A song I wrote over a track that I found that was simply entitled 'emotive piano and strings'.It's much more a soundtrack than a song I guess (which is why I chose cinematic) but I enjoyed the outcome so I thought I'd share it here.

Description : PLEASE READ:I need your opinion! I thought a long time about uploading this song on youtube, but I'm not sure about that. Do you think that this song is "Worth it" to upload? Let me know.
That's my first track in which I tried to use cinematic drums. I think it was satisfieing. This song is supposed to represent certain thoughts. Imagine you are on a adventure and you already got some scars. You know you got something to change. Your personality, your way to think or even your entire life. Why would you even do something like this? Because you know, that there are only two choices - Dieing or fighting. To prevent you from getting even more scars from your enemies..
I would be grateful if you would take some time to write a coment. What did you like and what could I have made better?

Description : I'm not sure how to describe this one. Somewhere between Industrial, dubstep, and....cinematic? Everything, with the exception of the drums, I made from default settings in both Sylenth1 and Massive. Everything from the E-piano sounding synth, to the chimes, to the "vocal" synths, and everything in between. Enjoy. V.

Description : And now for something completely different. This is a very short cinematic piece. It started out as my attempt to make something that sounded like Enya, but I never quite got there. Actually, I never even got close. Enya apparently used many, many layered tracks particularly for her vocals.Anyway, for this short piece visualize the following scene: This is a kind of Lord of the Rings scene. The battle is over. The king was killed, but his army was victorious. Heartbroken, unable to take joy in their victory, they sail back with his body to the Kingdom. Your perspective is that of a citizen standing on the banks of the water as the King's cortege slowly goes by.
The king lies in state, draped with a red and gold robe, on a wooden platform on a barge rowed by his victorious, but exhausted warriors. The first thing you hear is the approaching sound of the rowing, then the funeral theme comes in, then as the funeral barge passes you, the rowing sound is what you hear, slowly fading away as the barge continues on its way.

Description : One of several live in studio tracks which I recorded in recent weeks. This one incorporated my DIY modular synth and a modified Yamaha DD-20 as the only instruments. The DD-20 was, in part, triggered at audio rates, enabled by the the input modifications. Not quite the usual spivkurl track which you may be accustomed to. I'm putting this in psychedelic, though it could easily fit into ambient, glitch or cinematic genres.
