Ethnic Songs, Tunes, Beats & Mixes

Description : I'm not sure if Ethnic's the right genre for this or not ? It does have a Far East feel to it but I also added a kinda drum n bass beat as well. This was a bit of an experiment for me as I like some World Music and always wanted to write something that incorporated this style/influence, as with alot of my stuff I've tried to give it a cinematic feel. For this track I used Magix Music Maker 12 deluxe. Some of the loops have been edited and/or had fx added and I programmed the drum pattern myself. Like I say, it's a bit of an experiment, so any feedback would be much appreciated, thanks.

Description : This was a challenge by DonnieVyros to come up with something from his synth and bass track called YaPSRs3 the model # of

Description : ran across an old song, where I recorded this random stream of conscious ... so I rerecorded the vocal and slipped it in to the track that I was working on ... first time getting to work with some real native american beats and sounds ...

Description : Yes, I am addicted to far and middle eastern music (loops). Using ACID 6 & loops, this is my homage to the movie 'Kung Fu Hustle' (which, if you haven't seen, is a jaw-dropping and funny movie)

(also, there is a couple bits of over-heavy bass, I have to find the dang song file, so I can fix it ... )

Description : I just started this today, as an exercise ... all loops, using ACID. I might bring it back a bit. I set out to keep it simple and kind of light, but as usual the loops drew me into something else. Let me know what you think...

Description : this number was compiled for a woman in Florida, she is a belly dancer and was competing in the Florida state championship, and she needed a song trimmed. I trimmed the song for her, and also sent her this song, she decided to use it for her competition and placed second, winning a silver medal ! Description : all my tracks have breakbeats, i love to beat match, so my songs are very basic and short but this song is the longest one i have, it has flutes, indian vocals, violins, strings, congos..etc.
