Description : First full track I completed in some time. It's not perfect bu it's a start. Drums and bass done on reason 3.0 , Vocals and Guitar in Adobe Audition 3.0. I incorporated a live guitar in the chorus and verses and even threw in a solo. I think if all hip hop songs had a guitar solo the world would be a better place. This is a rough draft so any comments on the mix would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Love the idea, yes guitar solo's for every one! If you get tired of doing them I'd lend an Axe any time. Love guitars over most hip hop/rap/dance what ever. Just love that mixture.

duuuude very nice track. love the guitar and the vocals gives it a wicked zack de la rocha (RATM) feel to it. its def a blood pumper keep that ish up homey i wanna hear more.

Hi I like that track, I like some of the music Common, the Roots do and when Rage Against the Machine were together.And in Australia some of the stuff the Herd and Hilltop Hoods do is pretty good and there is another band Katalyst or Catalyst can't remember how to spell are good too. The guitar is excellent too your track

Actually I think this sounds live and that's really cool because it makes me feel as though I am in the audience at one of your gigs :)

And Yeah I think Coney called it right...there is definitely a Beastie Boys influence creeping out lol...Good stuff.

sounds to me like the vocals could use some engineering. noise reduction,then compression and normalize. sounds good. gonna be great when it's finished. edit;oops. in your intro it's says "not perfect but it's a start" I thought you meant it's not finished, sorry} still like it haha

Actually it is finished. I was going for a raw sound on it. I've always had that "polished" sound on my tracks you can check out some of my other tracks and see. I was trying to get that old 4track sound lol. I was missing it! I'm glad you liked it. Thanks! Yeah I did some revamps after I posted it and reposted it but I never changed the intro lol..

I think Nuada nailed it. The Beastie Boy influence is especially obvious. The production could be improved, but I kind of like the bootleg sound to this piece.
