Description : As soon as I started laying out the sample tracks for this tune, the title came to mind. I used some PrimeLoops Samples and a sample from a Computer Music Magazine Sample Disk. I also recorded a visti string synth. So please have a listen, and enjoy it till the sun comes out.

I like this toddmeister, nice drums and snap on that snare good clear production. Perhaps i would reclassify this into deep house, tempo wise. Im a picky fooker.

toddj replied Unknown - 2028 years ago

Thanks for your review, and I'll consider your classification of this song's genre. I'm not real good at creating any certain style, so I just go with the best classification that I can come up with.

Mistycal 12th Feb 2011 22:48 - 15 years ago

I had a listen to your tracks and this one is definately one of my favourites. I could listen to this whilst travelling on a plane or just lazing in the sun and it would be chilled and emotional. I love this type of music so thanks for uploading as will keep on listening to it! :-)

toddj replied Unknown - 2028 years ago

Thanks Misty, its humbling to know that your a fan. That inspires me to keep on. I'm glad you like it. That's the joy of making music, so that one can share it with another.

Spivkurl 23rd Jan 2011 16:47 - 15 years ago

Quite a soothing track my friend! I love the sounds you've used on this one! Those pads are sweet! The drums have a great feel to them! Wonderful mixing! Definitely a great achievement! Faved for sure!

toddj replied Unknown - 2028 years ago

Thanks Spivkurl for your encouraging review.

n0mad23 19th Jan 2011 03:47 - 15 years ago

I'm kind of out of touch with what the genre's become, and am more familiar with Acid House, etc. - yup 1980`s underground. That disclaimer in place, now I'll tell you why "Till The sun Comes Out" works for me.

The steady beat does have a tad of distortion, but it actually adds an organic feeling that would be missing if you cleaned it up. The pads are brilliant - and how your melody dances in and out of it is amazing.

Added to faves - thanks!

toddj replied Unknown - 2028 years ago

I always welcome your insightful reviews. I'm glad I haven't changed it yet. I like your perspective. Thanks, it means a lot!

toddj replied Unknown - 2028 years ago

Thanks DeejayDo! I worked pretty hard to get this song to sound right. Even then, your not always sure until other people with a fresh set of objective ears listen to it. I have to thanks the people at PrimeLoops.com for some primo loops.

This is a very nice relaxing tune and great melody to it. Good start for me today after all the stress of helping each other reflecting back on the floods of Brisbane this week.

Good tune, i really like it.

Peace...

toddj replied Unknown - 2028 years ago

Great! I thought this tune had a nice calming effect, that's one of the reasons I liked working on it. It took a while to get it to sound the way I thought it should. I'm glad it helped with the stress, and that you enjoyed it. Thanks a lot!
