hail the mighty weazel has spoken! ive been working with presonus studio one as my main sound engine and the quality of the sound engine is second to none, this track is a good example of the sound that this d.a.w. can produce. i think logic which ill get with a new imac i plan to by soon comes close to it. even if you make a lot of stuff with FLsudio bounce your work to audio files and bring them into abelton to arrange, mix, master. abelton to my ears produces better renders of audio. FLstudio and reason can be great creative tools which is what they are programmed to be, but they can leave a "in the box" impression to project on completion. reason i feel just has a old or poor quality with outputting audio, and FL seems very colored, i can tell when i listen to artist here that FL was the d.a.w. the track was created and mastered from. when i check there bio after i listen im always right about my hunch. just a quick tip cheers 4 the review. i work with LD120 which you can check out here to.
