Description : Latest update 17/8/2010. Tuning problems fixed I think.
North American flute meets Dubstep, with a bit of a drum and Bass ending. Thanks to Kerri from freesounds for the flute samples, also used a sample taken from a reggae/dub sample pack. Everything else is my own stuff.

Well here I am to check out your works, must say liking what I am hearing, was not to sure on the bass, but the more I listen to it more that I find myself liking it, very different, can not say have heard bass like that before, very good, flute is very nice, along with the beat, has very paid back sound to it, peaceful and thoughtful sort of track to me, sort of takes you on a journey, very well done, adding to favs this one....Peace mate....Estefano....I am having same problem using Ozone to at the moment, mainly have not had enough spare time to play around with it yet, just been using presets, songs seem to come out okies still but when I know what I am doing should sound even better, well heres hoping lol, I also do my works on Sony...Cheers...
Hey mate, thanks for your support of my stuff its been wicked. Sorry its taken me so long to get back to these, been heaps busy the past few weeks, have only just got a chance to reply. I'm glad you have enjoyed what I have put up so far, I'm hoping to update them a bit more as soon I get the chance. I will be sure to check out some more of your stuff, especially the stuff you recommended.
Again thanks for all your feedback, cheers soundboy
yea that is probably the problem if your keys are matching and it still sounds whack... yea try messing with pitching it up and down or just try rolling it upwards and downwards on the piano roll of your bassline to see which note it actually needs to be on. i see you use sony acid pro so i wont be much help there (i would offer to remix it for you) but yea i mean just keep playin wit it until it works. peace
yea man id love to see the wobble stay cause it sounds great but just tune it so it melds... if you need to figure out the key that your flutes are in do it! itll be worth the effort and then you can plan your bassline accordingly. good luck and feel free to delete my second review after you read it haha...
okay So I'm really not good with this music theory stuff at all. I've figured out some of the samples are in the key of C ( the same as the wobble) but I can't figure out the key of the ones playing at the same time as my wobble, to my ears they definitely sound out of tune to the key of C tho :S
Would pitching samples up or down possibly bring them into tune?
This is good man, i cannot make dubstep to save my life. I think the bass sounds ok, the out of tuneness that was mentioned before is not too bad. Anyway i really enjoyed listening to this, well done. Sounds like skream.
Skream! wow man thats the best compliment I have received when it comes to music. That guy is a legend and definitely someone I try to emulate. I dont think I'm anywhere close to his level but I'll take it :).
Glad you liked this and I'm trying to fix that tuning problem atm
very atmospheric and even relaxing! love it. i would like to let you know that your wobble bass is horribly out of tune with your flute... i would personally prefer a more melodic bassline for this style of dubstep that out of tune kindof kills the mood for me.
I'm not big on my music theory, but i get what your sayin, it does sound a bit off.. Lookin back at this, the wobble doesn't really fit in the with whole minimal tip of the rest of the song...
Not sure what I'm going to do with yet, but will have to go back and see what I can do with it I guess
this is funnn man. minimalistic but extremely satisfying, the flute gives it a jungly / tibal atmosphere and that wobble is awesome and fun to listen to, really cool lfo timing
This is pretty good stuff man. I actually like that you take a while to get into the wobble stuff, because the part preceding it is excellent. The flute samples are lovely and my speakers loved the subbass (my fragile windows, not so much). I also like that you havent gone over the top with the wobbles and kept with the mood of the song. The ending fit in perfectly as well. This is very, very impressive for just your second try. I've had maybe 10 goes at dubstep and you've already come out with something better than I ever have, so good on you. And you'll only get better.
Are you using Fruity yeah? My friend showed me the synth wave manipulator in that the other day and it looked sick. Wish there was something so easy to navigate in Logic, I'd be up for some wobbley D-Step.
Cool man, like it. Good synth work, nice drums and I like the flute sample too.
EDIT: No worries man, and yes of course you can do it in Logic all synths have Osc's I think, it's just it's not as clear and well laid out as Fruity. I highly recommend Logic tho, it's an excellent program. Keep it up fam. : )
No I'm using Acid Pro, wish i had logic tho. For the lead wobble i used Albino 3 and just automated the lfo frequency. I'm pretty sure you can do that in logic, with its built in plugins or something like albino.

Description : If you're looking for Skrillex and his cronies, you've come to the wrong place. It's not that kind of dubstep. This track opens with a nod to my fellow Vault Dwellers and Wanderers of the Wastes, and transitions into a deep, dark celebration of the Horror movie genre. Some of you will get it. Some of you won't. Either way, I hope you all enjoy it. Thanks for listening. Take care. V.
Description : Update //** Quality has been adjusted from 160kbps to 192kbps. Hope this helps :) **// Hey guys, today I bring you my first remix track and my second real attempt at dubstep. Paul is also a looperman member.
I really liked Pauls melodies in his song and i enjoyed in remixing it! His version is melodic trance or house i would say, so logically i gone to dubstep way LOL.
Enjoy!!
Check him out.

Description : This is an old project I made back in 2015. The voice you hear is Richard Trager from the game "Outlast".So, I present to you: Dr. Trager By ProPAIN. If the Site Director or whatever is willing to approve me uploading loops, then I will see about uploading the Bass Drop by itself for you to be creative with. Thank you for listening!
Description : Hello hello! School is finally over so I'll be posting much more now :P Thanks everyone for the loops! I used a bunch of them to which I added some synth, congas and little fillers to make the track build up nicely. Hope you enjoy! ;D
Also if any rappers wanna add a verse somewhere feel free to do it and send me the results! Just put (featuring Charlie Rose) in the title of the song if you wanna publish it.
Happy 420!
Description : This is my new single! It's a little different style than I'd normally go for (deeper and darker), but I really liked the instrumental, which is my HakaN96, and just HAD to do something.
Let me know what you think of it! My mixing/mastering skills arent the best. I put the song under the Dubstep genre (because of the instrumental) but with all the singing i'm not sure if it's more popish or not. What do you think?
If you enjoyed the song please like my Facebook page! I would love to hear from you!
Description : Hard, gritty, screech dubstep.
This is in a set, you can find the Drum loop, the Build Up loop and the Bass loop on my profile.
I'm looking for a Riddim producer to help me make the last song in my EP.
this was a really cool mix....I like the way the pan flute has the high points in contrast to the wobble....very laid back and relaxing journey
well done
Trax
Cheers
