Description : This was done about nine months ago. I forgot to load it then. The title - I said it to my mother in law after seeing Lord of the Rings when she came over for a visit. Thank God she could take a joke otherwise she would have thrown me from the roof.

Man this is an animated track, get a technicolor kinda vibe when i listen to it, really cool vibe with some funky elements and a slight horror style which i recognise in some of your other tracks. enjoyed listening cheers.

lol...I like your description...and really enjoyed the visualisation of this one, the bass was deep and the synths were spot on and your beats built the suspense
well done

The sound in this is so cool....my computer and table and speakers were vibrating back and forth, up and down! I love how you put this together. Very cool!

LOL - thank you for your kind words. I always master ( or what passes as such ) with the headphones. When my tracks are played through speakers, sometimes they are a bit heavy handed with the low tones.

this was put together real well! And trust me I wouldn't just say that. the beginning of this track was very cinematic in style and made me think of a car chase or a fight scene very intense! kept me interested all the way through! and that does not happen often!

Your drum tracks are always interesting, what do you use to create them? I like the short punchy guitar chords and the synths seemed to add some more tension to the song.

I've listened to this a few times now and there is a lot going on here, nice job! Kinda cinematic, I could hear this in a spy, thriller, mission impossible type movie.

Great to see you back in action! Take care,

Wayne

Hey Wayne, I use Magix ( 15 ? ). I keep on using it because it easy, fast, but unfortunatly maddening at times for not doing what I really want - I have to settle for a somewhat passable version to what's running around the inside of my mind kicking over the furniture. I'm not sure if this makes sense or not, but, many musicians put accents on the beginning of a series of bars - I do it at the end - this could very well be the Irish ( or fun time lunacy ) influence. And, my base/drum co-cordination sometimes run counter to each other and then meet together for an important accent. Then, for flavour - a loop in the background seemingly running amok by itself but really fits nicely ( sometimes in the fourth dimension - which is time acording to Stephan Hawking ).
Ok, I just read what I had typed - that's a bit odd - it's the bit of vodka and amaroula fault.
Anyhow, thank for dropping by and reviewing. I just wish I had more time ( and sense be it good or bad ) to create more.

Description : This track is built around the repetitive lead guitar line which I have previously incorporated as an intro for the rocker track "Sweetheart Runner" by LM user TinyFinger whom I have helped in arranging, mixing and producing his song. This extended session was a good oportunity to test some new equipment....Thanks to Tiny for not being mad about it...:)^^

Description : Now also on Apple music!! Please please check the link in my profile and give it a play! (Spotify to follow soon). And if you do that, let me know if I can repay the favour!
================

The song feels to me a bit like it could be on stage in a musical. It's a bit theatrical... I like it, but the next one might well be a rock song ;)

All instruments & vocals recorded live at home, without samples.

Description : Hello, everyone!
This one is a bit special because it's not one of my loops, it's jdmax121's loop " Dreamy ".
I loved it so much that I had to make something out of it. It will probably end up being on my upcoming EP.
If you liked it, or not, please let me know!
Have a nice day.

Description : Psychedelic Eastern cellhop progressing into a heavy and not at all hip hop ending. Lots of cool basslines and killer beats, all at 80 BPM. Cello is the main instrument and it also covers all the bass parts (no other bass instruments used). I didn't have to add any octave lowering effects to those cello basslines. A few synths, including a dark, trippy pad that gets very psychedelic and swirling when delay and distortion are added. Also a lyre to occasionally add an Eastern drone sound and an 8bit lead sine synth in one section. Drums are mixture of programmed acoustic kits and drum loops. You can really bounce to this shit while firing your guns in the air. So, do that and then come back and let me know if you enjoyed it. Criticism, praise, suggestions etc all welcome. Now get ready to bounce...

Description : Return To Forever was a group that started my love of fusion jazz and this is my attempt to cover their 1976 track, “The Romantic Warrior. I know I wore out several inceptions of this album from LP, cassette and 8 track. The original track was over 10 minutes long, so I abridged it some. Hope you like and download.
