For a first song I would say you're more than well on your way. I couldn't get my head around Fruity loops enough to use it properly... thank god I figured that out before i bought it lol. Awesome track, can't really offer any advice, I'm a noob myself but I know when something sounds good. Keep it up! Lisa

great first track.

shamus had a very good tip, having said that, i agree that its very minimalistic although when learning newbies to such a program [myself included] can easily get caught up in throwing a bunch of stuff in that just dont belong...SO, you are right on pace!
learn it [fl7] good first then go buck wild..lol

Newby not bad mate, had a listen and it's very minimalistic, not much hapenin in the intro though, but if thats your style stick to it. I kinda like the groove to be at half of it's full potential in the intro so that when you press ply your imediately drawn to it, then take some beats away later in the track and make the listener hear certain sounds.Cool first start in a year's time DJ Ninja might be famous?YOU can do it. i think this is pretty good for your first track. I am lovin that bassline it has a steady progression to it. can't really give any tips because there is nothing wrong here. make some more and keep learning
