Description : So for the past few days I've been in a pretty bad mood. I've also wanted to do a trance song as of late, so I thought I could get away with making something gritty to match with my mood.
Turned out while looking for some loops I found something that put a smile on my face. So after 3 hours of working and trying a few new techniques in the Mixer I came up with this.
I call it just smile because the whole time I was working on it my bad mood just melted away and I just couldn't help but smile while working on this song.
Hope you enjoy listening to it as much as I did working on it.
*Also Let me know if 3 1/2 minutes is to short, kinda feels like it to me, and I might make it a 5+ minute song*

Description : Big thanks to Justze3 who released the four loops to his drake ovo style piece because he didn't plan to finish it, challenge accepted. I would also like to thank LankFrampard for the extra drum loop and av3 for the sample "trapped" which gave a lot of extra feel to the song.

I wanted to remix the famous "the chase" from the movie "midnight express, i love the original sound! i don't know if the result is enough good but i'm proud to say that all has been composed by myself: the instrumental parts, the arrangements, melody, recording and mixing. In the end, it does not sound like something I've ever heard from him.
But it was, after all, a try.

However, I like the resulting song. Hope you too. Only 1 sample was used here - Anubis-Anubis-Loop all the synth´s are played by me and i added some drumsounds with powerdrums2 played by myself Comments are sure welcome.

Description : A drum and bass, electronic something or other inspired track. The main Melodies taken from short loops I cut from some sessions my bro &e's recordings he had made at my location. I had been meaning to use his sounds for a minute and he said it would be cool. Finally did.

Description : Another attempt in my continuing efforts to learn how make a trance track. Is intended to have a vocal doing the melody. Would try to find a singer but need to work out lyrics first. For this track I tried to make the melody not too repetitive. I limited it to four bars max of the same melodic phrase.

Description : This is a remix with permission, which goes to a contest. Basically progressive house with trance elements. The download option will be avaiable after the contest closes.
Update: mastering and mixing redone! it should work, well hope so. Update 2: now it must work! no more compression (at leas I think), not really satisfied with the waveform, but maybe it`s okay! Thanks for the help people!

Really has that special aura to it, and it feels both completely varied while still completely consistent. Coolio.
As for the bass part, and the bit off key parts, I noticed them more once I listen to them on my speakers. I tend to use headphones when I'm working so I can have it really loud, but it really changes once I take those off.
So I think I'm going to start mixing with and without the headphones instead of just with them.
It takes me weeks ,months and sometimes years to come up with tracks,and u just do it in a matter of hours,and it;s hot,well produced and ready to go!I think I need help,Or talent,or funk knows what,but,congrats,u have it and I want it!
*BTW I went and listen to your songs. (will add some comments on them soon) But I love the way they sound. So don't play yourself short ^.^. You've got wicked skills yourself. :)
So I think I'm going to start testing songs out with both this way I can tell if it sounds off key or not.
