Yo, good track, i like the dub step sound, only heard it myself for the first time at the end of last year and i'm really starting to dig it. I'm not sure how fruity loops works, I can't quite remember it's been a few years since i have used it myself, but you need to eq the bassline properly, it's clashing with the drums at certain frequencies when they come in thats why the drums sound quiter when it's playing together with the bassline. Check out eq tips on here somewhere or search the web. Hopefully fruities has a fully parametric eq, thats the best way to go. As a start, if you can, drop the bassline down about 3-6 dB at around the 100-250Hz range, that should do it. If that doesn't work try "scanning" the frequencies for best results.
