I'm hearing the influence an insane amount, not necessarily a bad thing, I would add a left-field section/melody to make it more your own.
I won't bang on about the mix, but box means bad. Check your headroom. Good luck in Uni!

Hey there, I really like the composition. It is powerful and well arranged with good tranisition and overall balance. In my opinion, however, your track needs a little polish in terms of mastering. I am pretty sure that you finally can make this gem shine. I worked on my track 'rainbows' for over half a year. Most time consuming has been the working on details in the end. I am pretty satisfied with the result and resonance (thanks again btw for your liking), although it kept me frustrated here and there despite the overall fun I had producing and developing. To put it in a nutshell: good work, keep it up and thanks for sharing. Greetings, Ben

I noticed a lot of compression as well, unless you were going for intentional extreme distortion. There is an amount of a loss in clarity, but even with the distortion, it left a really good impression on me. For me, the bass is usually the instrument that needs the most attention, at least when I'm making music.

It is a good tune - but I do agree with Crucethus about the compression. Has hints of Muse about it. Congrats on the medal and graduation, BTW

Nice Tune; be really careful with the clipping; way too much compression (Loudness wars). It's such a fine line getting that right; lower the main volume and back off the compression. You want to balance Dynamics and balance, mate, and then you will have a banger, ehh!
