Description : I had been trying to work on this for some time now. Months maybe. Novemeber'ish 08 or so. I really liked this and the way it builds up. I started this after hearing the samples of the Skold Vs KMFDM album. That's how I had kinda seen this song going. Now I just listen to it from time to time and still think about working on it someday or at sometime. Short, unfinished but still something I am proud of(kind of lol). =D

call this ultra odd, but i think the bass drum is a little loud... and bright?... maybe just tone it down a little bit and it will be fine, i cant hear much of the other drums (unless thats how you intended). but you got some pretty sick guitars going there, and very much like it aside from the level issues

Thanks for the review. Yea there's alot of things going wrong on this lol. The drums are processed to hell. Kick I know is pushing to near or is actually clipping. The sounds being drowned out isn't intentional. There's hats and crashes that don't come through at all. This track need's work. Alot of work lol. I think nows a good time to dust it off and apply some different techniques and see what comes out. Cheers and thanks for the great review. Cheers :D

Would be cool, but all I have are the raw session files and this mixed and mastered mp3. Don't know if you want those. They sound like crap really lol. Let me know. Cheers :D

Thanks for the review. NiN comparison is greatly appreciated. Just like you imagined and the whole of 'the fragile' are big inspirations. This song needs to be finished someday. I listen to it sometimes and wince. For what it was then, sounded great. Now though, lol. Need to toss this back in my WIP folder and redo it. Thank you for the review. Cheers :)

I really love this track! I am a big KMFDM fan, and this is the direction I have been trying to get my music. It's difficult, but finding artists like yourself is definitely encouraging. If one wanted to take their sound to something like this, which tutorials would you suggest? Are there any other tips that you would give?

I recently downloaded a few of your loops and samples, which is what lead me to listen to your tracks. You definitely have a lot of talent when it comes to industrial. I started out doing techno, and I'm having trouble progressing to a darker sound, and more specifically in creating my own loops and samples. I mostly used a lot of samples, and layers to create my tracks. Some things I created from scratch, but mostly I used samples from techno e-jay. Crappy program, but it had a lot of good sample. I started using FL a while back, but then I did away with windows and am now using an FL clone called Linux MultiMedia Studio.

Anyway, I'm rambling here. So I just wanted to show my appreciation for your work, and to ask for any pointers you could offer. Thank you, and have a nice day.

Hey, sorry for the late reply. Been gone a long time and just got the email a day or 2 ago. Firstly, thanks for the listen. KMFDM are always on my list of go to artists in industrial music. As far as tut's or tips, I can't really name anything off the top of my head. I started out using Ableton live and really kinda made cheezy EBM and bad techno stuff with bad guitar sounds lol. I kinda learned a lot from different genres of electronic music. Goa, psytrance, dance, etc.. then kinda incorparated that into heavier industrial stuff. I've heard some crazy stuff with FL though. If that program is like FL I think your on a good path. Like my loops and samples are really just either heavily distorted or crushed, or filtered and automated to make something totally new. I also use drones alot. Drone samples are kinda like the eerie creepy noise in alot of industrial. You can also check out here on looperman in the production trickbook. Theres alot of ideas on how to do all sorts of stuff there. It's kinda unorganized but there are some stuff of use there. I just try to emulate certain things and sometimes I get something that's really good and sometimes I get nothing. Sorry if thats not to understandable lol. If you have any questions feel free to drop a line here and Ill get the email. Cheers and thanks for listening.

Description : My grandmother was from Belarus. She was the lone survivor of her family after the Waffen SS massacred everyone in her village during a retreat from the Red Army. She escaped soviet occupied Belarus & through a series of wranglings by the international red cross, found a family to adopt her in New Jersey in 1947. She was 14 years old then. She was the strongest person I ever knew & I miss her terribly. This song is for her.

Description : Not really 'industrial' although some aspects might fit with the genre...generally robots and stuff...hehe...and a hint of heavy metal is also there...:)

Description : I used Serum and Sylenth1 to create all the synths and basslines. It's not dubstep, and it's not Drum and Bass, but it's elements are heavily drawn from both to create an experimental industrial track in it's own class. It's heavy, aggressive, and driving. Either you will like it, or you won't. I don't think there will be an in-between. Take care. V.

Description : Dutch version of VTNights - Dancing with Floyd
Selected the same genre, Industrial.

The beat is the original track minus the vocals. Translated the original lyrics (German --> Dutch) and tried to make the result rhyme. As I couldn't recreate VTNights voice I created a 8 voice choir.

Enjoy.

Description : Some more old industrial recorded in 2015 as a new remaster from today. The original title is "Tanzt du alleine" and tells the story of people dancing next to each other but feeling isolated. They should take their hands to get back connected. I found this great bass loop from Difourks and I took a bit from Steelyvibe here from Looperman to pimp it up a bit. Maybe you heard the guitar riff at the beginning before. Enjoy

Description : Another weird blending of genres I am working on. Track was all composed by myself using some sampling and an old 1983 Memphis Strat of which I am totally rusty on due to a serious left hand/wrist injury several years back.

Description : For those of you who haven't grabbed my new album "Labrynth Of Self" I'm putting up another one from it. This is the only thing on the album that I'd really call industrial, and it comes closest to my goal of creating something that Ohgr might do on one of his albums. It contains some very weird sounds that I don't specifically remember creating. Don't be shy with your critique, it's not the sort of music everyone likes. Thanks for listening friends!

Description : This song I started about 5-7 yrs ago with the opening guitar. I was recording a home produced LP with a friend and I was hoping to write some lyrics and record it at the time, but it sat on the sidelines for various reasons. The last 2-3 yrs yrs I've been chipping away at it.
