So stoked you like it KayOs! I dig the way Richard mixed this, trading between my dobro and banjo, gave it a real Cajun feel almost bluegrass. His voice and conviction reminds me of the old Onward Christian Soldiers hym completely all in so sick!

Aaah yeah! It was fun working on this piece, brother. I love the flavour we incorporate into most of the songs.
Glory be to the Lord!!!

You two always bring a smile to my face. Beautiful harmony and you still got a bit of a country twist goin on! I had imaginings of you two going on The Voice and Will I Am turning his chair :)

JohnMatteson replied 6th Oct 2024 - 2 years ago

Richard always tells me, Lets do a Country song, but it always ends up not quite in that lane, so for you to say that it has a country twist is a great accomplishment for me. When I first heard Richards voice I was blown away and thought, oh man this is the perfect Reggae sound. I was so stoked he wanted to work with me. Cool imagery of The Voice, I hope He turns haha!!

Description : Wanted to create something like Daddy Yankee's track 'BOTZ' that he uploaded 5 days ago. But in my own style and with English lyrics. Hope you enjoy my version! Love is the only language and message. This is a reggae-ton club track! Hope you enjoy the Latin mixed with Indian feel.
