Hi, thanks for the comments. The cheesiness is deliberate. At the end, I spent a bit of time coming up with a catchy melody. The synth I used (Serum) sounds great for this type of genre.

nice synth works dean cool beat and i like how the music drops away at 1.33 just beat playing good mix and production too, hope the move went ok bro one of the most stressful things moving house

Thanks. Yes, the move went well. It's all in the preparation, and I prepared well for it. The real hassle is getting all the utilities and such set up at the new residence. I should now be able to settle in and create more music. I had this track sitting, lingering for a couple of weeks. It was one of those where you can't seem to finish. I originally wanted it to be around a minute longer but I got so fed up of working on it, I decided to just let it out in its current state. I'm pretty happy with it though, as a lot of time went into mastering and correcting audio issues. I go through a few rounds of QA (quality assurance) before I'm happy to finish on a track. Thanks, as ever for your positive comments. i'm keeping a close eye on your uploads, I am seeing a marked improvement on each of your tracks. Best wishes from South Wales. couldnt find a melodic loop to fit the track
figured out the key
the harmony basically matches the melody
probably in some dorian scale or something so
have to learn about that
the drums are my weakest point
good at the start but awful after the beat drop
please comment any songs to listen to to learn drums in this style
any advice please comment

Description : As I was in Berlin recently I was inspired by the Beachhouse Radio from FluxFM . I had a beat lying in a cupboard for years and it was time to do something with it. Together with the great voice of Odarka I did setup a beat that does have a deep feeling to it. I kept it raw and unmastered for now. Let's see where it goes.

Description : This is straight up Witch House. This is a more "sensuously spooky" remake of the older CBC track I did titled, Lost You Baby. I have no idea what language the lyric track is. This track definitely has the atmosphere of the genre it represents. It's a regular witch house poster child. So if you're not familiar with the genre, Here ya go.
