Very nice production and engineering. Great voice and instrumentation. I loce the dynamics of the guitar playing (Sunny). You both have done a superb job here ! Great track

Thank you! Based on looperman input, I did another cut, and I'm really glad I did. I will post it soon. The comments are so important and I thank you for taking the time to give me that all important input. With each little nudge from my looperman confederates I move closer to sharing all the Sunny-session songs with the world. They have been mostly my private treasure for years now. So the encouragement is vital! Thank you!

Dude this is just perfection all round. Vox are amazing, words intelligent. And the guitar work is totally compelling. Great mix and production to boot. Almost a while my guitar gently weeps vibe.

Thank you! It's so wonderful to hear that something you've done has caused enjoyment. I continue to wrestle with this group of songs and what I should do with them ultimately, so it's really helpful to get feedback like yours to think about (and I do).

Hey Mofo fantastic track, Sunny War vocal is fire, she can play too. But the git is you and it's incredible and carries this whole track along great breaks in it, to short though 2.40 Nothing wrong with it I just wanted more, so just listened again :)) Love that bubble pop very delicate

Thank you! I appreciate your words! Y'know, the original version of the song is 4:40. I began to feel that that was too long, that everything I do is too long, and the meaning was too spelled-out. So I cut out 2 minutes for this version, which is 2:40. And it gets to the point and forces the attention much better. But in seeing your comment about wanting more, I went back in and cut a third version of the song out of the master (using my trusty Audacity app) that's 3:28. The expansion is in the middle, so it still gets to the point but saves some more of that tasty guitar. I think the 3:28 version is the best version of all and the one that, after all these years, I will finally land on. SO THANK YOU!

Thanks for your kind comment. The male vox are loops. All the rest is Sunny, of course, live in the studio, within 20 minutes of hearing the song for the first time ever.

Thank you. Yes, it's all about that guitar and making it shine. I left like a full structural minute at the end and just said, "Sunny, please play," and then I sat back and watched with tears in my eyes at the great gift of music given to me by this fantastic artist. It was a lucky day when I met the great Sunny War!

I've never worked with someone as musically creative or intelligent as Sunny - all her guitar melodies she came up with on the spot and they're all amazing and perfectly in accord with the rest of the music.
