You've done a great job, I really like that reverse syth at 1:01, could be twice as long good for a build up riser type of progression imho. Needs some kind of bridge also at 2:01. Or not :)
I also like your choices of instruments.

This is very lovely. But I do think it's like a stock that needs another hour of cooking, to bring out the beauty of the vocals more. I think the vocals could come up a touch - just a touch - in volume relative to the music. (This is all totally subjective.) And I think there's room for some thicker vocals and harmonies here and there. As a thought. Sometimes I've written songs in 15 minutes but then spent 2 months revising them. I think you're onto something here and can revv up its savoriness even more.

Thanks! I appreciate the feedback and encouragement. Working on getting those vocals to pop a bit more for sure. All the comments have really helped me make this a better track already. Thank you again!

Think overall its a marvellous 1st attempt indeed and credit to you youve done very well.

I would really bring out sarahs voice in this song as she sounds like shes singing in another room compared to the music....get your hands on 2 mods ideal for voices ... Valhalla Shimmer &/or Polyverse Comet ... then if you really want to place Sarahs voice into peoples ears try using Polyverse's "Wider" which is great for bringing sounds and especially voices 200% wider in the sound systems adding another whole dimension and dynamic to the voices and sounds

Great work so far and really enjoyed this song...just make her voice part of the song.

    Kindest Regards,

    DJ-SLT-UK

Dude, thanks so much for taking the time to analyze and comment. I understand what you're saying about the distance. I'll try exactly what you suggested and see if I can better synergy with the vocals. I haven't done much work with vocals (or recording anything live for that matter) so I really appreciate the advice. Thank you and best regards!

A lot of cool stuff here. The panning of the pad from 1:00 - 1:15 is awesome. At 0:37 I feel like some lower tones could add punch to the chorus. Great track.

Thanks for taking the time to listen! I like your idea for the chorus. I will experiment with bringing some more lower end in there.

Description : Just like the first EP "OGOU", this production focuses on organic elements with drum samples. It contains modern sounds such electronic down-tempo, future bass, and hip-hop, which makes the music sound old and new at the same time. With heavy sampling of African chants and sound generated from other tribes, this is production will bring more flavor and enjoyment--it's like Africa to your Ears.

Description : After a major uphill battle completing this song and turning it into what it is now, I feel some amount of satisfaction. It was like reality wanted me to give up or something. It's done... phew... Have updated this almost completely, from repatching the modular bass, playing some guitar parts, adding electric piano and synth lead, redoing and tuning the DW-6000 synth, of course adding my vocals, and mixing and mastering. It really has become pretty new wave, like much of my stuff does recently. Have added the lyrics as well. I am proud and happy with it, and I hope you all enjoy listening! UPDATE... woohoo just broke 1000 plays on this track here at looperman!
***original description***
Hey finally here with a new track! I'm not sure what to call this other than electronic, due to the high tempo. This is the first song finished using my interface which allows direct MIDI control of my modular synthesizer. The mid frequency bass part is all from that patch. There are tracks designed with my Zoom RT-123 drum machine, the microkorg, and the circuit bent KORG DW-6000. Other than that it is just a kick and snare drum sample, and a a quick vocal snippet. So I guess it's fairly minimal in that respect. Would like to hear the Looperman community's thoughts on this song! Thank you for listening

Description : The tangled skein of life permeates all creation, binding the known to the unknown. This track, in its own subtle way, attempts to convey that.

Pretty straight forward. ʘʘ

Hopefully, it should make you at least wiggle your toes. :P

Enjoy! ;)

Description : A bit of pop, of disco, of punky guitar and electronic well i stop here because i don't know what really type of music is this any idea ?
But is this really matters ?

Description : The answer to Close Encounters is Hymn Of The Pleiades. This is a strictly groove track where the elements of ambient meets electronic funk and Hip Hop. Track was recorded, mixed and mastered using Mixcraft Pro Studio 6 software. Results were achieved by using a FATA Studio 90 MIDI keyboard ran through a E-MU Proteus 2000 sound module, - for the phat funky bass synth. I also used a KORG O5R/W sound module for the retro lead synth parts and ambient sound pads.
I utilized what was essentially a old school Hip Hop drum track, arranged and beefed it up for that extra umh! I greatly appreciate all the positive feedback the track has garnered thus far. Keep listening and by all means, your comments are much welcomed... thanks.

Description : This one has a lot of changes. Pretty unique. Lots of dubstep sounds, glitch and other sounds. I always enjoy listening back to it. Throw on some headphones, crank it up, and experience the awesomeness of this epic electronic composition.

Description : Recently I've been quite into future bass and this my first real try at making it.

Looking forward to some constructive criticism. Hope you enjoy

Update - This is the updated completed version of the song featuring Eshar on the vocals. This is a very experimental track and hopefully you'll be pleasantly surprised by it.

I don't know where else to put this, but I really want to thank the Looperman community for giving my track a chance. It's almost hit 800 plays and it's got so many favorites, it's insane. Thanks to everyone who made this the song it is right now.

Description : Electronic blend. Starts off with a wup wup wup wup bass wob, then a rock beat with a bass line, and synths and samples are weaved in. Glitch sounds invade, and dub step robo voices speak up. A sliced up climax tops off the structure. Thank you, come again.

Description : A demo of one of my current projects. The chorus vocal sounds like "Aaaaraashe" to me. The song is in C# minor with a nod to C# pythagorean on the chorus. The beat on the verse was inspired by the Peter Gabriel song Intruder.
