On a serious note, I dig the discord you built up in this track. I've always had a soft spot for those ambient effects you seem to utilize so well on this track.

Hi my man of silver...As I can hear your creativity hasn't left you, on the contrary, it might be stronger than ever. Very intricate and trippy journey this is. The atmosphere is truly special, almost hypnotic, Some really cool transitions in there too. Extraordinary work !

    Compliments and respect_____Leon

Great start - nice house sounds - the bass could be tuned a little or it might be the way you intended. Either way I enjoyed where it took me. At 1:45 is really good from here, nice progression.
    I got hammered at 3:35! :)
    Trippy.

    Good job!

    Thanx Alien.
This is a continuation of Bill one even though Bill one was different than this.
I wanted to capture a mood and I'm happy with that so yeah this is how I want it.
Doesn't always work out like that. I often find myself saying so at the beginning or picking up on the advice like you kindly gave but no .... I've captured the mood I wanted.
I'm just a hobbyist so aint trying to go someplace with my music.
Bill died and these two tunes are for him but ... not really cos he's dead.
They must be for me then to help me tune into him as I knew him.
    They're working for me.
Not just about that either though any longer as I'm imagining some vocals about getting spaced out!
Anyway again thank you for your encouraging words.

Description : The tangled skein of life permeates all creation, binding the known to the unknown. This track, in its own subtle way, attempts to convey that.

Description : Just like the first EP "OGOU", this production focuses on organic elements with drum samples. It contains modern sounds such electronic down-tempo, future bass, and hip-hop, which makes the music sound old and new at the same time. With heavy sampling of African chants and sound generated from other tribes, this is production will bring more flavor and enjoyment--it's like Africa to your Ears.

Description : After a major uphill battle completing this song and turning it into what it is now, I feel some amount of satisfaction. It was like reality wanted me to give up or something. It's done... phew... Have updated this almost completely, from repatching the modular bass, playing some guitar parts, adding electric piano and synth lead, redoing and tuning the DW-6000 synth, of course adding my vocals, and mixing and mastering. It really has become pretty new wave, like much of my stuff does recently. Have added the lyrics as well. I am proud and happy with it, and I hope you all enjoy listening! UPDATE... woohoo just broke 1000 plays on this track here at looperman!
***original description***
Hey finally here with a new track! I'm not sure what to call this other than electronic, due to the high tempo. This is the first song finished using my interface which allows direct MIDI control of my modular synthesizer. The mid frequency bass part is all from that patch. There are tracks designed with my Zoom RT-123 drum machine, the microkorg, and the circuit bent KORG DW-6000. Other than that it is just a kick and snare drum sample, and a a quick vocal snippet. So I guess it's fairly minimal in that respect. Would like to hear the Looperman community's thoughts on this song! Thank you for listening
