Before answering you i went to see what is "cowboy bebop". First i thought it was a band and finally i see it was a japanese manga. I never watched it lol
i will try to find music from this! thanks for your comment
As soon as the song began, I knew that I knew it... then I had to check the accused net in order to make sure that my ears were not fooling me. In fact, they were entirely correct, this is a cover from one of my all time favorite films!
My wife and I have watched this one in bed on VHS so many time over our time topether! It is one of the finest films ever made, and I can not get over hearing this on looperman! She and I are collecting songs to do on our comeback cover album these days. Something like Bowie, PinUps or something.
Thank you so much for doing this song. I have no idea how I missed this on your profile. You have done amazing work on this cover! It is a huge fave!
What a surprise reading you're fan of the movie "subway". Just onemore thing we have in common :)
I think i already wrote it in one of my answers here but if it wans"t the case, I specify for those who are interested that this piece is pulled from the original sound track from the movie "subway" (Luc Besson - 1985).
At the beginning it's only a saxo line without instruments and it has been written by Eric serra.
Another track which is brilliant is "it's only mystery" with a special fav for the singer voice (each time i hear this song, that gives me shivers!
If among you some want to download it i've nothing against, let me know it ^^
Wow, absolutely digging this track. The sax is gorgeous and every other element of the track complements it extremely well.
You really did well to keep the track interesting throughout. For example, I wasn't expecting that synth at 1:41 or that sweet chilled break at 2:41. What brings this track really high up is its jazzy vibe.
thank you for your congrates about this cover. finally it wasn't so easy to imagine a musical universe around the sax line but as you, when i listened (many many years before) this sound, i knew i will do something with this jewell.
glad to see that each looperman who let me a comment took time to appreciate this 05:44 of music.
i found myself the following motto: "there's music in my life because there is life in my music" (bleep) and i'm convinced that every artist can make his these words :)
This is great, the sax is awesome(great reverb) and the entire song was a pleasure all the way through, totally enjoyed it! It's early in the morning here and what a way to get my day going. :) I'm not familiar with the original so to me this was something new and cool.
The electronic synths and sounds were interesting, made me stop and listen as to how they worked with the more organic sax. No complaints, just smiles!
Glad to read you enjoyed this track. The sax line has been composed by Eric Serra. I use it for this piece. i don't touch anything about the original sound. I just creat a jazzy universe around this sax.
Thanks a lot for your friendly words, very appreciate as alway :)
omgoodness... Exactly what i needed to be listening too while designing this logo! :) I LOVE the sound! The only thing I'd say is that I feel like the sax overpowered the drums when they did come in so maybe a slight change in the mixing? But this was very pleasent to come accross! I'm going to have to look into more of your work! :) Thank you!
Hello Alexander,
Thanks for your feedback. I noticed your advice and if i well understand, it's a question of sound level between the sax and the drums, right? i will see for better adjustment.
If you have a look on my work, you will find an other track where i tried to melt jungle with jazz genre. May be you will like too smooth pieces that i recorded under the deep house sign :)
thanks a lot for your positive words
I will listen to your work too

Bleep that's an awesome sax you have going on there and not something heard very often here so it's a pleasant change nice cool and sophisticated. I like how you kept this uncluttered and every section has space to breathe and is not forced. Very nice work my friend Bravo. Best regards Robbie.
Hey Rob!
Thank you bro for your words which are really friendly. I saw you came too on my soundcloud to quote this track, thank you also for it ;)
The saxo line is pure hapinness and i took a real pleasure to work with it :) it's difficult to measure perfectly every instrument in the purpose that the lead remains leadder
One more time, thanks a lot Rob, your comments are always appreciate, you know it :)

Awesome track BLEEP! So smooth and relaxing. I've always been a huge fan of Jazz and Blues so this track is right up my alley. The overall mix sounds solid too. This is a Fav. Truly nice work.
wow thanks Shatner for your positive comment! A huge fan of jazz who put my track in his fav, it's the best reward i could wait for! thanks, thanks and thanks again :)
Hey Silver!!!
Thanks a lot for the compliment, it's always appreicate ;)
to answer you: shame on me i forgot to quote the artist who wrote "song to xavier". His name is Eric Serra, A French composer who wrote a lot for Luc Besson's movies. This one is extract from the original sound movie named "Subway". The original is only the saxo line you can hear in my cover. I reorganized the sax set, and i created all the others intruments.
How did i put this together... i could explain in french, in english, some words will miss me :(:(:( but i worked the sax line in my musc software, i cutted each pattern and I adjusted each of these to the bpm which I wanted: 95 bpm. After, the original bpm is not so distant from the one that I chose
Glad if you enjoyed it :)
Description : I first discovered the iconic singer Ella Fitzgerald through my parents, my mother who was a renowned vocalist herself had a deep appreciation for the music of legendary artists. I was too young but captivated by the soulful jazz melodies that filled our home on lazy Sunday afternoons. "Summertime" Exudes a timeless touch of elegance it has a special place in my heart. Description : Every instrument is performed and recorder live. Piano, double bass, drums.

-"WELTMEISTER" upright piano (MADE IN GERMANY in 1938)
-"KAY" upright bass (MADE IN GERMANY somwhere in 1950th)
-TAMA Imperial Star + Pearl OMAR HAKIM snare + Various Ziljian cymbals.
I just put together some old ideas to see if it will work. Some vocals and brass, or guitars is clearly needed. Let me know what you think about it. Tnx
Description : Do not freak out just because this is jazz! There's also blues, rock, funk and a little hip hop in it to break up the deep, chillout jazz sections - gets particularly rocking then funky at the end. Main bassline (the track's foundation) is recycled leftover slide resonator guitar parts detuned one octave to make a slide bass sound. Also features: piano, violin, hammered dulcimer, organ, ethereal pad guitar, bass guitar, jazz/blues/rock electric guitar and multiple programmed acoustic drumkits. This was difficult to make at times as I thought I needed more leads parts eg from sax or trumpet. But I'm happyish with the end result. I expect very little interest in this as it's both jazz and long jazz. But it's also an unusual type of genre-mixing jazz. So, leave your thoughts, good or bad, if you like...
Description : This is track me and my friend (great jazz, blues musician) done
around this great vocal we acquired.
Lot of hours in it.
I had great fun making it!
Hope you people like it.
Love and peace.
Description : I think it's a late evening song to accompany you for a single drink.
Jazzy in most of the aspects. It is made single handedly so please consider it an experimentation for the thrill of making music.
Hope you will like it.
Description : My last LP very jazzy, in the spirit of Bugge Wesseltoft, one of the best actual electro jazz man. And if you want more about me, my album is now available on my bandcamp! https://bleep1.bandcamp.com/album/second-life
Description : This track made me just stop working on it and listen to it for enjoyment.
Smooth Mellow funky Jazz. Uses: 0111003-djrumplestiltskin-swung-funk-drum-beat, 0087009-mrroads442-guitar-line, 0072485-michiel555-mellow-funk, 0058934-ferryterry-90-bpm-soprano-sax. Is this Funk or Jazz?
Description : This track contains only free loops from Stayonbeat.com and several loops from Looperman artists (listed below). I "made a promise" that my next track will be use a lot of jazzy loops - well, i done with this track, for the great sadness of jazz lovers or experts i think - i fear they will never forgive me. :) While my ISP launches my internet out of the Earth system for a long time, i had to face the fact that i dont have too much downloaded jazz loops on my computer, so i think no wonder that this one is sounds like if i smoke some marihuana while making it. But hey, who cares, i like the result - it reminds me the (maybe only) really funny episode of "Breaking Bad", where Pinkman uses some heroin and flyes up with an idiotic smile on his face - that chapter is priceless. :D
I dont think this one needs a vocal, but ofcourse you can use it if you want, and as always, just write and i will give any support as i can. Any feedback welcomed too as always. Enjoy! UPDATE 2015.10.24.: improved audio quality - lower lows, higher highs. Now in 256kbps!

Description : Something a bit different from us. I (Bobo) played guitar, synth, midi bass and percs to this piano loop by LM's most excellent Rasputin. Wataya, stoned as usual, thought he heard Barbara Streisand singing. This is the result.
Description : I created a hip hop groove in Logic and decided to duel some Saxophones. I am playing the Baritone sax on the left pan and the Tenor Sax on the right pan.
I added some bells like a boxing match bell to give it a fight drama feel. The hip hop track itself is dope to me. The duel is cool too. Who won?
i will try to find music from this! thanks for your comment
