Neon Highway - MWRatridge

Name: Neon Highway
Duration: 336 s
Channel: MWRatridge
Description: Anyone who has ever experienced the freedom of riding a motorbike on the open road, will understand where I am coming from in this song. It's fantastic. I tried to capture the mood of riding in the song and words. This song has some of my best harmonica and guitar playing to date. So hop on your bike and come along for a ride on the neon highway.

I'm not a biker and the only time I spent on bike was ended in hospital you can imagine what is my opinion about motorcycling...:-)
luckily, this is is only the protest song so I can feel that stg is different here...-.-)
very groovy music Mark...your harmonica is flying into song than those guitars are fat enough to go back in time like Steppenwolf and friends...

fantastic harmonies, great vocs, good music here...thanx for the upload...fav, dl, handshake, Danke

Since I ride somewhere between 50000 and 70000 kilometers per year I guess I can relate. :))

You've surely captured the feel of riding a motorbike and the style is spot on. A great mix of southern rock and dark country if you'd ask me.

Thank you for sharing! Will add it to my playlist for sure!

Anybody who has watched and remembered "Easy Rider" just has to have a close idea of the feeling even if they have never taken the journey...this one would not have been out of place in the soundtrack. Great job on the harp and as you say, the guitar tracks chug along nicely & the lead bits got that classic vibe (makes me feel like I should go dig out some of my older Steppenwolf albums)...Fab job on the guitar break at 4:00...kicks the whole thing into high gear...got the picture of the boys hitting a nice long curve All round great job on this one Mark....fav....Ed

Yo Mark, Haven't done that kind of cruising yet but I can imagine how it would go after listening here and I can appreciate the enthusiasm in your expression. Fun, powerful, and you can feel the freedom of that Highway. Great find this morning. No issues I can hear with it, as is projects the story great enough. Thank you for sharing, keep doing it! Ride on
