Description : Big thanks to sqrtofneg1 for letting me use his piano sample from his song 'Subtle'. Please listen to it here: https://www.looperman.com/tracks/detail/184561 Also, I need to reference this website for its cool rain and car sound. http://www.freesfx.co.uk

His song inspired me and I tried to make my own chill version of it. The melody reminded me of a rainy saturday evening. I have tried to make that come back in the song. I have been influenced by lofi, glitch and chill-out! Enjoy!

Thanks for listening! I believe that this is one of my best song up to this point. And picture painting music is a great song title. I might steal that if you don't mind :P

Thanks for giving me some feedback as well! I am glad you enjoyed it. I have basically 2 modes, either super calming jazzy music or very present modern electronic music. The keys aren't originally mine though, so I would recommend that you also listen to the original! I have slowed it down and changed the pitch, to fit my idea that I got while listening to the original song. So, thanks for your comment and time!

Jammin and jazzy stuff here! Pleasing to the ears, and unique for these modern times. The mixing seems quite appropriate for this style, and everything is audible. I'm not sure that my saturday mornings are like most people's, unless I start drinking very early, but I'm sure that in that case I could just put the song on repeat and love it. Very cool stuff!

It is always great to see your comments on one of my new tracks. I learned a lot from that one thread! So I am glad that you thought that it came back in the song, with it being audible and that the mixing is appropriate. Glad you liked it :)

I am sorry, but I don't really know. I would recommend that you listen to the original (in the description). My version has been slowed down and pitch shifted. Also sqrtofneg1 would know the answer, so if you leave a comment there, you would probably find out!
    Thanks for listening!

    Wow.
Firstly, I am honoured that you thought that piano riff was good enough to create a track based on it.

I have to say that this version is amazingly good, probably even better than mine.

0:33 - 0:36 the vinyl scratching is a great touch.

The running notes around 0:56 - 1:07 really captured the feeling of a rainy afternoon well.

The pitchbend at 1:30 was a goosebumps moment for me.

1:53 was also a pleasant surprise.

Colourful chords throughout, with lots of variance in the percussion keeps my attention.

The outro was a little bit too long in my opinion.

    Fantastic track overall!

Your piano riff is really good. When I heard your song I immediately envisioned a scene in my head. I am a very conceptual musician. I start with a concept, a word or a scene and then I can start composing. That way I can give the listeners a feel of what I felt at that moment, convince them of it, so to say. That might sound weird, but that's the way I do it :)
I wouldn't say that my version is better than yours. It is just different. As I said in my comment on your song, you convinced me of that certain feeling that your song gives. That's why I gave it a fave. In my opinion, that is the mark of good music. Thanks for letting me use your piano riff as the basis of this song and also thanks for giving me the feedback! I am glad you enjoyed it. The outro might be a tad long, but I think that it fits with the chill of the song. I will say that the silence at the end is way too long. I'll see if I can fix that someday.
    Thanks again for everything!

Description : Many of you know well that Tumbleweed & Orlando collabs are pretty much well established tradition within LM society by now, and here is the newest example to reinforce that tradition. It's probably the last this year (yet never take it for granted) and I think it has (although not particularly intended) a bit of that seasonal celebrative nature, thus fitting quite well into this festive feel of December. Despite providing it's share of melancholic tones (you can bet who is responsible...haha...) it's a quite happy tune overall...and it doesn't bite, so you're all most welcome to listen and comment !... As always my sincere thanks to Ed !

Description : The spring is in full motion over here and I guess it helped me quite a bit to complete my part of the job on yet another exciting collab with maestro Tumbleweed. Most of our collab works contain at least some aspect which demonstrates something out of ordinary one or another way. This time we got a peculiar combination of mysticism and merciless attacks of soapiness (my bad....haha)....So let's listen to hear whether I'm right or not!....:) As always on such occasions, all my thanks to Ed !

Description : Hi guys another vocal from me, this time Matthias gave his blessing. It's to his beautiful return track chillout vibe. It's a tribute to my closest here on LM. Switch the fucking volume UP, it's a builder. Love the Stokesey and Cyber lines :))) Sorry girls it was a lads love in.
