Description : hi guys, so the object here was to write an original Christmas track that has all the Christmas trimmings but also brings home a few stark reminders, things that you don't necessarily think about as you selfishly open your presents with your families, i would describe it as a modern day festive treat, it has nods to the old, and the true meaning of Christmas, this is so not what you'd expect from dime, lol, tbf Im gassed about it :)

j'ai écouté une première fois et puis je me suis dit, quelque chose me bloque... j'ai donc écouté une nouvelle fois et à la troisième écoute je savais ce qui personnellement me faisait bizarre dans ce morceau: c'est la rythmique, sa ligne est d'une part assez répétitive et surtout à mon goût pas adapté à l'atmosphère créée par les autres instruments. Parfois ce type de contraste marche bien, mais pour ce coup ci, en tout cas pour moi, ca me laisse dubitatif! après le principal est que cela plaise à la majorité ;)
pour développer un peu plus mon propos, j'aurai plutôt opté pour une rythmique plus lente, moins saccadée qui soit plus raccord avec ta ligne de basse sur les notes tenues; en gros entre une rythmique "break beat" (comme ici) et une rythmique "trip hop", je serai aller vers l'autre tendance :)
concernant l'instrumentation, je trouve la construction superbe et l'entrée de la guitare vers la fin est superbement bien amenée même si pour le coup on aurait aimé la voir se développer et s'imposer un peu plus!
très bon travail, bravo
