Description : Built around pretty sanskrit mantras this has a kind of pop feel. Probably not many sanskrit pop songs but this kind of works. Comments welcome.

If you are on Windows, here is a link to a killer delay vst. Scroll down to NastyDLAmkII to download. Just start with the Wide Delay preset and adjust the hi/lo cut sliders and time to your liking.

I actually was checking this out on your page about an hour ago and my computer, or looperman, went berserk. Nice to come across it again in the featured stuff. Interesting groove. I like it. Maybe a touch of modulating stereo delay on the vocals would add some spice. Oh, saw you were from NoVa. Up here visiting family and I-95 is still a disaster. Worst traffic in the country! haha Keep up the great work.

Hey cool song, love the Indian thing. Always nice to hear something that is not "normal" or standard. Very clean sound you got, nice production. Enjoyed this one :)

Very light and airy sounding.
I know nothing of your language but it didn't stop me enjoying it .... maybe even helped who knows.
Sounds very well put together.
Takes me out into the sunshine.
Great voice.

Cool track. Very nice production. I always enjoy hearing something that is familiar, but has it's own voice (this most literally). I would like to have heard a little reverb on the vocals. Just to really blend them in with the soundscape. But that's just personal taste and some would strongly disagree. I loved listening to it either way. Thank you for sharing it.

Thanks TA - I did try it with more reverb but it got muddy. Appreciate you listening and your kind comments.

Sanskrit greetings.

I know you generally use drums a lot so the lack of them on here was a slight surprise. However, it works fine without. There's still a good groove.

Main delayed synth is quite funky. That particular choice of delay is doing a fine job.

0:23 glitchy sandpapery sounds which add a percussive element.

0:45 lead guitar?

And some other guitar chords in the background.

A decent little break from the vocals in that section.

This is really clean and well produced. Vocals are very good and enjoyable.

Kicking into a more solid beat would have been nice but maybe for this track length it was better not to otherwise you probably would have had to continue things for a while, which might not have been what you wanted to do.

2:03 awkward audio pop that should be removed.

2:19 another, smaller one

2:35 turning up of the delay on the guitar doesn't quite work. Sounds awkward.

Good work, all the same.

Thanks - this one was fun but stubbornly difficult to arrange. As always, your comments are thorough and helpful. Thanks for taking the time to listen and comment.

Description : This track is built around the repetitive lead guitar line which I have previously incorporated as an intro for the rocker track "Sweetheart Runner" by LM user TinyFinger whom I have helped in arranging, mixing and producing his song. This extended session was a good oportunity to test some new equipment....Thanks to Tiny for not being mad about it...:)^^

================

The song feels to me a bit like it could be on stage in a musical. It's a bit theatrical... I like it, but the next one might well be a rock song ;)

All instruments & vocals recorded live at home, without samples.

Description : Hello, everyone!
This one is a bit special because it's not one of my loops, it's jdmax121's loop " Dreamy ".
I loved it so much that I had to make something out of it. It will probably end up being on my upcoming EP.
If you liked it, or not, please let me know!
Have a nice day.

Description : Psychedelic Eastern cellhop progressing into a heavy and not at all hip hop ending. Lots of cool basslines and killer beats, all at 80 BPM. Cello is the main instrument and it also covers all the bass parts (no other bass instruments used). I didn't have to add any octave lowering effects to those cello basslines. A few synths, including a dark, trippy pad that gets very psychedelic and swirling when delay and distortion are added. Also a lyre to occasionally add an Eastern drone sound and an 8bit lead sine synth in one section. Drums are mixture of programmed acoustic kits and drum loops. You can really bounce to this shit while firing your guns in the air. So, do that and then come back and let me know if you enjoyed it. Criticism, praise, suggestions etc all welcome. Now get ready to bounce...

Description : Return To Forever was a group that started my love of fusion jazz and this is my attempt to cover their 1976 track, “The Romantic Warrior. I know I wore out several inceptions of this album from LP, cassette and 8 track. The original track was over 10 minutes long, so I abridged it some. Hope you like and download.
