Description : I've wanted to do a VIP of Alo Darlin for a few months now, and I've finally managed to do it. Im really quite pleased with the results. It lives up to the old song and more.
I've added a few new samples, another bassline, another higher-lead line, and I think i've got the mastering alot better this time. Its so much harder on the louder bassy songs, But after many tests I think its come out okay.

*****Edit - Some people had commented on the fact that it didnt really have a whole lot of bass in it, So i've added a sub. The reason i hadnt done this before was because it was exporting rather muddily. Anyway I've managed to get it sounding just right, and fixed a few other bits in the song too. Much better!

Well... for an hour's work that really is impressive, something like that I would probably end up spending a few days on. Just a couple of things I would've done, lowered the kick volume a bit and add a bit more high frequency to the snares somehow, but bearing in mind your time constraints it honestly doesn't matter much.
A few questions: How did you make/where did you get the drums for your tom roll? They happen to be the type of toms I'm looking for right now, so if you got these from a sample pack or something and could point me in the direction of said sample pack, that would be cool..
Secondly, do you plan on making a full track around this in the future? I feel as if this little section has a lot of potential to develop into one of the better tracks on the site.
Good drop though, I wish I had your know-how.
