This song has already enhanced my day considerably! I can't believe that I haven't heard it yet (a rare thing on your profile)! This is relaxing, as well as engaging to my mind. You seem to have chosen the perfect elements to complete a "vibe." Very much modern jazzy in feel, possibly acid jazz, yeah. All in all deeply fun to hear! I think the mix sounds pretty nice in these headphones. Cool! Have a good day!
Thank you so much! I am really feel connected with this particular creation now as it was made when facing difficult circumstances I faced the very moment this track was actually was made, if that makes any sense. Will try to make proper responses in few days as I am more into a 'real world' now - hope you understand. 'Acid jazz' is a term I really like - also I was exposed to this kind of music a lot (might be the very reason for such musical preferences of mine). I am glad you enjoyed all seemingly acid and musical qualities. Alex
You dont even know what this mean to me:D One is sure you should 100% fureture mastering this with effcets. And I bet it blow all away, evey sound is like meant for each other :)
Very good arrangement here Alex.
You have a good ear for what works together well.
Yeah good old Shamoozey is quite prolific in his acapella, so many to choose from!
I enjoyed the guitar touch you incorporated in the very end.
Sorry for late reply! I truly appreciate your time and nice words. This track is a result of some exploration of mine when seeking for the inspiration and useful materials. At some point I noticed that those elements might fit somehow - inside the DAW it looked almost like a puzzle on my mind screen ha!
This is quite an unusual track, but I really like it. Almost a bit of acid jazz in some parts. The vocals remind me of the old beatnik coffee shop poetry readings. This is really good stuff, Alex...Bravo!
I much appreciate your interest in my music and nice words. You're entirely right with 'acid jazz' and 'old beatnik' points. That's very nice way to describe this track which is obviously a combination of very different elements.
Thank you for nice words and your continous interest in my looperman music. I truly appreciate that.
Glass of Żubrówka would be very nice. However, at the moment I am avoiding strong drinks as possible. I use mostly beer (a lot) and vine (sometimes). I am curious which Żubrówka - that one with grass maybe? That's cool. I must have tried it once or twice over 10 ears ago, unfortunately I am not very familiar with the newest Żubrówka products especially those exported abroad. Anyway I must say lately I had a unique chance to enjoy some very exceptional and powerful drinks based on traditional destilled alcohol made by my friend and that was very fine too.
hey. thanks for some nice words man. much appreciated! indeed there are some real instruments here: funky guitars, jazz sax line and of course very stylish vocals. I do not listen to trap very often but it is nice to find some connections. thanks again for listening and nice review.
You have the best of musical company for this one Alex and I understand the kind of compositional thinking and work that goes into make it all come together so well...You did a super job on it..I worked on a mix a couple of weeks ago that I wanted to get some of Joe`s piano loops into but I didn`t like what I was adding so its still on a back burner somewhere...nice idea getting Shamoozey`s vocal in there..it sets it apart nicely....well done...good listening too..Ed
I am really happy that you liked the arrangement and my vision on this song! I did it very quickly on headphones so there are probably still many anomalies in the actual mix. Now I can hear them so do not worry haha. There is no processing on the acapella. I must say I was playing this version on internal laptop speakers earlier today and it sounded harmonically painful to me. There is still no real bassline on this track.
I am still too much into a real life at the moment. I whish I could contribute more as a real player and music creator sometime.
Thank you for listening and the kind words. It is much appreciated!
Best to you, Alex
Description : Sounds of the sea and trippy acidy washes with a cool beat and some live acoustic guitar. Written in Cubase with live guitar and keys etc. The sound of the sea and birds was recorded on the beach where I used to live. After moving to the city one sunny day I was telling stories to a friend about living by the sea and started making this track.
Description : This improv recorded a few years ago powered my interest even further than I expected.....recorded using tc electronics pedal and tascam studio recorder and a Fender Squier tele electric....
Description : I used some new "Anthem" pickups from L.R. Baggs on my Martin acoustic to see how it performed, and it definitely beat my expectations. Captured the sound perfectly as I needed.
Anyhoo, this song is almost a prayer, hence the repetitiveness of the verses. As Christians, we believe that God will one day return and take away every suffering and all evil for good; in that regard, this song is almost one of waiting too. Very simple, with vocal harmonies and whatnot. Hope you enjoy this as much as I did making it. Made in 13 hours.
Someone else wrote the words, I was just inspired to use them. I only added the "Yeah" and "Amen."
Description : This is a track off of one of my EP's I dropped last year. It is based on True events. Sometimes when people finally take a second in life to slow down and breathe in..... The oxygen is deflated and it's too late. Take your time people, because time is what differs a good decision over a bad one. Life is precious!

Description : So a guy buys a nice guitar at a pawn shop but returns it a few days later after waking from a sound sleep to hear it playing by itself. When he tells of his experience he is shocked to learn the owner had actually died while playing it. Is it fantasy or truth? Is the guitar in this track that very same guitar? Its all part of the mystery and fun of Halloween !
EDIT: modified ending to a deeper voice
Description : This track describes a magical state that I experienced a long time ago. Maybe you also know the feeling that you can't describe something like this with words ... luckily we have the music for it!
Description : So this is my first Chill Outish track. I was just trying something new and then suddenly this was a thing. Everything you hear is home made. I hope you enjoy. - Mr. Spook'd
Description : That's something i worked out lately
a swing 3/4 hip hop Chill ?? Don't know how to describe this kind of music.
Anyway VOICE NEEDED

Description : A progressive journey incorporating deep ambient chillout, swing jazz, hip hop, d'n'b, trance and a slight touch of acid with a thousand ninjas battling in space. Features a great deal of my lead slide resonator guitar playing. Also a whole load of synths, programmed acoustic drum kits and manipulated drum loops, big basslines, regular electric guitar, vocoded guitar parts and bass guitar (distorted right at the end). If you like deep chill, far out soaring beauty, fat beats and 170 BPM uplifting slide trance controlled mayhem, you might just get into this. In my heaven there is an endless supply of honey mangoes (an exquisite beauty of the fruit world) and even more slide guitar. A 1,000-year-long version of this track plays there on a loop (long enough not to get bored of it) but here I offer you the Earthly 11 min version. You must be very good to be accepted into my heaven to hear the full thousand year version so best start now. It may be heaven's main theme tune but it's not above criticism so feel free to let me know what you think of it. Maybe you prefer the soundtrack in hell. I hear it's pretty badass...
