Hi SJ,
I am listening on HP and it sounds very good!
I have checked also Steve's version and of course his "touch" helped to bring out the song's potential.
This is a very good track! (I hope it's already on Loopradio...)
Ciao, Domenico

SeriouslyJoking replied 9th Feb 2014 - 12 years ago

Ciao Domenico!
Thanks for taking your time to both check Steves version and mine - I have been resting my ears (!) for a couple of days but trying to catch up now and implement all the great additions and ideas that Steve came up with for this track. After I've done that maybe it is Loop Radio ready! =D

Take care and see you around, talented guy!

go figure
Steve
(Mutt Lange..famous producer (shania twain-Def Leppard, ACDC) has a most famous quote for his artists he produced....do it again!)

Thanks again, Steve - I wish there was a way to return all your help.

Hi, Sounding good through the speakers and I think you are on a winner here, vocals good and the whole track has a great vibe, just a couple of small things, between 0.48 and 1.00 could be built a little more and the addition of extra percussion as the track progresses would further enhance the sound, just my view. Still very much a banging tune and a big like, well done.
Many thanks,
Mark/Larry!

SeriouslyJoking replied 5th Feb 2014 - 12 years ago

Hello there and welcome to the Loop Mark/Larry!

Yes, I agree about the build up - it needs some more impact so I'm going to continue working on the mix.
Thanks for the advice and for listening!
Cool to hear that it's to your liking.

Cheers /SJ =)

Hey SJ! I'm loving the new tune. Yeah hats and snares would sound nice.....but I like the drums like it is. Good mix you have here!

A cool made dance song with a banging kick drum. Also the vocals are appealing. Well done!

SeriouslyJoking replied 4th Feb 2014 - 12 years ago

Thanks, Polyfronetic! I managed to EQ that kick drum somehow, it's not perfect but better than without the tweaking, so maybe I'm slowly getting these things.

Take care!

good start nice bass drops good mastering nice sounding vocals. Like the house bass beat but you need to build on that beat with high hats and snares. Go back and listen to Danny Tenaglia and how he builds his house beat.3:05 on is very eclectic nice bass run...it's getting better each mix.
keep at it. The only additions I can think of are percussive at this point.

Now you are just killing me, Steve!
No - seriously, I have to take a break from this tune but am coming back to fix those drums. Thank you so much for guidance. You are a great mentor!!

Description : Never Coming Home....
Electronic gothic track.
When I heard this acapella by ALAA EZZEDDINE I was really impressed. Ok, did lots of tweaking to make it sound properly and fit in the track. Actually his lyrics described what I have had gone through...
Enjoy and take care :) :) :)
