Great track! My preference would be to take the guitar down by a few db to let the rest of the mix breathe a little. There's a lot of cool stuff in the background. The guitar playing and sound is superb.

    good work

Hey Steve, great job on this one. I know the guy who played the guitar on the Magix loops and he would be pleased with what you have done here. You gave his guitar plenty of room to breathe. You might not know how to play an instrument, but you definitely know how to arrange a great song. Terrific effort.

I've put together a zip file with over 500 of my loops (all royalty free and yours if you want). It's a big zip file - 1.2gb - but you might find something you can use in there. Here is the link to pick them up:

I wish I could play an instrument too (don't suppose you can count one finger keyboard skills) but nothing wrong with being a looper...and this track is brilliant and well put together. I use Magix and I am on 2014 Premium at the moment, but haven't come across some of the loops you are using. A really nice job.

    Hey Steve,
the art of putting a string of loops together is musical in the sense of a composer or arranger. I do both..loops and play my instruments and both give me great satisfaction. You have a great talent for mixing loops and that should not be diminished by any stretch of the imagination. Why? because it's pure creativity that you can immerse yourself in without the limitations of musical playing talent. I enjoy your work..and look forward to more compositions.

WOW Steve thanks for such a great comment I do love what I create and there nothing better than someone liking what I have put together. Its not the easiest thing in the world to do as my 18year old daughter is finding out as now she is doing this as well and I hope she does well with it.
    Thanks again mate

Steve...its guys like you that made me atart paying attention to music not produced by somebody who plays an instrument..first ran into some tracks by a friend that made me blink & have a chat with myself on another site I post to...but anyway...You cant do this without a knowledge of compositional structure...a feeling for how instruments marry with each other to create those sound layers that grab the soul a bit...This one is a grabber...I would like to have played it too....Keep on doing it...its food for the musical soul......Ed...PS: I`m self-taught on everything I play...I`m an old guy...and I`m going to learn to play stuff I cant now...haha....do it....my Grandson(7 yrs) plays the harmonica better than me)

Damn, if I could play like I do when I put parts of loops together I would never stop as I have so much love in my heart. I could play some serious tracks, I love putting loops together and coming up with tracks like this but damn I would rather play them for real.
danke thank you once again for your support and comment:)

Description : This is my newest creation, at a stage very near to completion. No third-party mastering or mixing, as with all my tracks. Just have to fix a few tiny things. I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO MIX EVERYTHING IN THE SAME SESSION. This song has all human-played instruments - no quantization or MIDI! My brother does all the vocals except for the interlude part, which I do. My other brother plays the rhythm guitar (a Gibson Les Paul Custom - only one of 12 in the world!!) and I play the accompanying guitar (a Johnny Mar Jag and PRS). He has a lot of guitars :P A good friend of ours, Ronnie, plays the bass and another friend, Freddie, plays the drums. The drum track was done in one take (had to use an electric drum set due to time constraints - but acoustic kits are so much better). Overall, pretty satisfied with the result. Let me know your thoughts.
