Hi Dave, awesome track, this is a true classic trance track! Great melody, does everything you would expect from it. A true voyage. The only thing i miss is a lil' more punch in the kick, maybe throw a compressor on the kick only or use a bit of ducking. Specially at 4:40 at the climax, it is imho overwhelmed a bit by the synths, i need more 'umph' to really get me going. The first beat comes through for some reason and at the second count the bass is gone. Other than that, nothing to mention flawless work! Love it.

I'm surprised i use 4 kicks in my tracks, i use 1 kick 3 times,all compressed then i have 1 eq high, 1 mid and 1 low, then i play with the volume levels till they sit right, then i have my 4th kick to give a fuller sound. I think the only reason why they didn't come though in parts is cos i didn't side-chain all my synths to the kick and that probably just overpowered the sound off the kick! defiantly something to look into though as you are right, Anyway cheers for the comment.

This is generally a genre I find boring though I like it when it's a melodic, musical piece such as this. People will go crazy on the dancefloor at 0:57 and also groove more when they hear those key changes.

Any mix can always be better but I'm struggling to find any advice on how to improve this. It sounds like fully professional work that could be as popular as pretty much anything else in the trance genre. Well done.

Do you happen to use any Dave Smith synths?

thanks for the kind words static, no i don't use Dave smith synths, i like the look of the mopho though, it produces some right dirty sounds! i mainly just use massive now, as it's the most diverse vst on the market!

##### hell man,this has everything about Trance that i love!.

Great beats n bass,awesome ambient drops,then off to higher levels on euphoria...oh and i love the fact that you let this be nice a long,so the listener can have the full voyage.!

I can tell you put loads of work in to this,but man it's so worth it from what i've just listened too
