Age doesn't matter, only talent does (or skill, really, which is talent honed by practice). Look at Mozart starting his career at 5. And you, my friend, have both talent and skill. Your skill in production will continue to grow naturally as you do more stuff, but it's already at a high level. But your talent exceeds many of the much older members of this community, probably mine included. It's a sophisticated understanding of structure that you have (and that you have in common with Mozart). You know how to take a theme and develop it with an interplay of repetition and variation (that's really all music is, repetition and variation). Your bass theme is hook-y and attention-grabbing and gives the piece a great and solid structure, as you return to it 3 times after passages of melodic variation. Some cool synth work 2/3rds in. I never got bored listening to this - twice! - whereas with a lot of other tracks I do get bored because there's too little variation, build, structure. I'll look forward to hearing more from you.
