Description : Yes, yet another remix of Could Be by Jenny Mayhem and Jesse Taylor. Aimed for dreamwave/synth pop/80s-kind-of vibe, I think it turned out alright. Any thoughts?

Listened to all the tracks youve uploaded and think you are very talented!

Not too sure what your most passionate about thought, House, Electro, R&B....a lot of different vibes going on, but this track blew me away. Its so very different to 99.9% of the stuff people generally upload and it stands out a mile, in my mind this is your sound!

Loved the simple, delicate / understated nature of the way its been mixed - if I had to try and explain it so someone who hadnt heard it - think "Prince" meets "Fleetwood Mac".. 80's style stripped back synth & drums, sexy & soulful vocal harmonies. Amazing

Dont get me wrong - all music has its place, but Im not convinced the world needs more "So-So" House tunes, especially when so few people have the skills and talent you have to be able to create songs of this quality. If you released a cd of this material I beleive you would have a huge hit on your hands.

Good luck and keep making music like this - you inspire the rest of us (who want to be this good) to keep trying.

Wow, thanks, man! I gotta say, I'm really flattered.

About the sound, well, I'd like it to be "my" sound, but the truth is, I never seem to settle on one genre/sound for too long and keep jumping around to what I seem to like at the moment. I actually hope I'll eventually settle on something in the future...

As for the "So-So" house, I sometimes just like to make a track or two like that just for the sake of making it. For example, I made 'Magic In Your Eyes' because I got fed up with generic house tunes which all sound exactly the same, so I tried to make a house tune just like that just for the sake of it (I understand if this doesn't make any sense).

I'm really glad you liked this track as much as you did, comments like these is what keeps me doing what I do sometimes, thanks and good luck to you too!

I appreciate the sound you are going for. It works good in my opinion. Nice synthesizer and mood for the song. Nothing seems too loud, and it's the kind of music that makes me think.

Description : The tangled skein of life permeates all creation, binding the known to the unknown. This track, in its own subtle way, attempts to convey that.

Description : Just like the first EP "OGOU", this production focuses on organic elements with drum samples. It contains modern sounds such electronic down-tempo, future bass, and hip-hop, which makes the music sound old and new at the same time. With heavy sampling of African chants and sound generated from other tribes, this is production will bring more flavor and enjoyment--it's like Africa to your Ears.

Description : After a major uphill battle completing this song and turning it into what it is now, I feel some amount of satisfaction. It was like reality wanted me to give up or something. It's done... phew... Have updated this almost completely, from repatching the modular bass, playing some guitar parts, adding electric piano and synth lead, redoing and tuning the DW-6000 synth, of course adding my vocals, and mixing and mastering. It really has become pretty new wave, like much of my stuff does recently. Have added the lyrics as well. I am proud and happy with it, and I hope you all enjoy listening! UPDATE... woohoo just broke 1000 plays on this track here at looperman!

Hey finally here with a new track! I'm not sure what to call this other than electronic, due to the high tempo. This is the first song finished using my interface which allows direct MIDI control of my modular synthesizer. The mid frequency bass part is all from that patch. There are tracks designed with my Zoom RT-123 drum machine, the microkorg, and the circuit bent KORG DW-6000. Other than that it is just a kick and snare drum sample, and a a quick vocal snippet. So I guess it's fairly minimal in that respect. Would like to hear the Looperman community's thoughts on this song! Thank you for listening
