Description : What can I say,SpellJammer can sing!He also penned the beautiful lyrics.
When I wrote the music I always knew the story of this song was about a journey to a state of the heart called "Home".

Home to me is not a dwelling nor is it a building of any kind,it is where you feel comfort and peace with the one's you love in your life.
SpellJammer has been a very important friend through this past year...sorrow and joy.
This song is also important to both of us.His vocal and lyrics to the song completes what I wanted to share...A new beginning and an ending filled with peace, joy and love.

I hope you enjoy our song.

Man, this is truly beautiful guys. I've been away from here for a while but to come back to looper man and hear this is truly wonderful. I love the lyrics and the guitar playing is beautiful. As a fan of acoustic, this ticks all the boxes.

    Well done. J

He did a wonderful vocal and I appreciate your comment.

I have to agree with Ed. It's hard to push our way through the din of "noise" on mainstream radio in these times we live in. Songs like this one are what should be playing on the airwaves.

Tommy Emmanuel would be proud of the guitar work on this one. And the vocals, well, just about as good as they can get. Spelljammer is so hugely talented in so many, many different ways.

One of the best collabs on the Loop. Thanks for sharing this one. It is truly special.

    I'll stand and applaud now.

Bear, thank you so much,I never thought there would be vocals until SpellJammer,...even along the road I knew it was meant for him and his fiance as much as my own family...And I do love him as much.

    Thank you my friend.

SpellJammer did a great job on this.
I had it recorded as an instrumental for almost a year and then he wrote lyrics and even did the vocals himself...I am so proud of him.

    Thanks Jamie!

I knew SpellJammer had it in him, there is nothing more lovely then musical expression. It's truly a gift from God, and when it is used in this way it expresses all the colors of the rainbow.

It's so sweetly beautiful, the melody is moving and touching, tihs is such a wedding song. I could see a lovely couple cheek to cheek, slowly swaying to this song.

Though losing love is a heartbreaking thing, to never understand and feel it is more of a toture for when one finds their road home they never forget it.

This is an instant classic. Lovely, just lovely.
Congrats to the both of you.

    Thanks AJ,
I never though until SpellJammer wanted to write something for his fiance that this would ever have lyrics or vocals.
My greatest hope is that this could be a wedding song for many others.

I think he has written what we all hope for.

    Thank you for commenting AJ!

I didn't do anything to my track,I just sent it to SpellJammer and he wrote the lyrics and added his own vocals, mixed them in and sent this to me...now that's why I'm the one who's blessed!

Thank you my friend and we will make more music together for sure.

Allen, taking a cue from yr description - this captures a year in the life of one very big heart - what must have been a time of disruption and loss is related with such a sense of appreciation and hope that never succumbs to bitterness - man, that is powerful and honorable.
This collab is so right on - SpellJammer is incredible and your melody and subtle ornamentations are gifts.

    Reply by AllenV

    Thank you Michael,
I'm so very pleased that you understand the meaning of this song and that it goes deeper than what I could say alone.
These lyrics were cultivated over time for SpellJammer, this wasn't done hastily.
I'm so proud of him and know that he is traveling down the road as we do and his "home"is well in sight with all the love that goes with it.

Thank you so much my friend!

Description : Just an acoustic/piano piece I threw together a few nights ago when coming home from university. My brother and I were doing some acoustic music together in my room, just having fun; came out with this; I immediately got on my DAW and recorded it before I forgot how ti went lol. Hoping to get some strings on it soon as well as some vocals from the bro! :P In the meantime, enjoy this instrumental.

Description : This is an acoustic cover of the song "Come As You Are" by David Crowder. I recorded, mixed, and mastered this one in two days! Almost done burned me out haha! Hope you enjoy!

My older brother does the lead vocals and I do everything else, from instrumentation to harmonies. No vocal-editing whatsoever in this one. The guitars were all one-take recordings. Updated the audio - I added tambourine hits in the 2nd and 3rd choruses; just helps make for a more moving song.

Used a Guild acoustic guitar mic'd with an AKG C214 and my trusty ol' Yamaha MOX8 for other instruments (excluding shaker - that was real ;). You can find the guitar loops to this song on my profile page. Maybe one of you looperpeeps can come up with something for words on this. Otherwise, enjoy le moosic :3

Description : This is my attempt at the one-hour challenge for LM (finished at 57 min 48 sec). I had to mix/master on the go and this was the result. Some bad chords here and there that I did my best to conceal, one-takes on guitar and piano and used an awesome acapella from a1000times, who wrote the words that Dikaiko sang over. I really like her voice. Anyhoo yea, I like this one a lot so probably gonna come back to this in the near future. Comments welcome.

Description : I put this under acoustic even though I did use a couple midi tracks. I felt they sounded acoustic enough to put the track in that category. Suppose it could be chill out as well, however you want to label it, do so. I used an Indian flute and an electric guitar sounding plugin with some tremolo added along with acoustic guitar, mandolin and harmonica. Nothing too complicated here and I felt it sounded good enough to upload so enjoy!
