Melancholy Life - MeganONeill

Description : I wasn't sure what to really put this under because it changes a lot. So this song, Melancholy Life, describes my vision of life, being afraid of dying, the bad influences and etc.. In the song I show a little realization showing "Live your life" and boosting the song up a bit towards the middle. The point I'm getting across basically is a sad beginning( a bit depressing...) and sudden boost in the middle, then towards the end I present a sort of rap feel beat with the music box tune kind of describing the end and how it was a long road but there's still a bright future. So as you can see a lot went through my mind with inspiration for this beat. Enjoy !

Very well done. Singing fits in well with the kinda dark atmosphere of it and i liked the music box tune thing. However, the piano comes in at a kinda wierd time so i would probs say line it up a little bit more. Probs just cut a second or 2 off. Then reverse a crash and put reverb on it to make it come in a little less bluntly. 1 more bit of ranting and ill finish, the hip hop kinda bit at the end could be a seperate song to be honest, doesnt fit too well in with the middle bit. Either way both parts sound very good. Nice one.

Description : This track started as an idea Pnnywze pitched to me and Ci when we were brainstorming for the Halloween EP, and it just grew and involves members of our collective. Pnnywze came up with the melody on an old Casio keyboard we found in a garage. +Explicit Content+
