Description : I just wanted to have some fun with this one. It's a light hearted, funky track with drums, bass, guitar, organ, and horns (All VST, no live recordings, no samples/loops )

My Man you did a outstanding job on this!! Great construction and use of the horns. The begining was off the hook. The bass came in perfect. Man you have come a long way keep it up!! Fila

So, I grew up playing trombone (can you believe that) and we used to cover a lot of Earth, Wind and Fire. This track would have fit right in and it would have been an absolute riot to play. Guaranteed it would have had the crowd on their feet dancing away.

Love that keyboard work my friend. You seamlessly move through any genre and still hold such high standards with your work. Another marvelous piece of art my friend.

Faved for sure.

This was really a first for me making funk music, so every bit of feedback is much appreciated :) It was a lot of fun putting this one together, so i'd like to try making something like it again sometime. walking up the 70's sidewalk sun glaring as the the pinto cruises by and that fro juice is shimmering in the sweat as the ropes spin double dutch is the game yeah baby you lookin good nice platforms high are the vibes some craps shot black and white watches some good times and re run verbals are set yet as yo brotha and you mutha fills the air with memories smooth glide as inside this track bares one simple fact that it is cool you dig see.................lol very much laid back and chilled track indeed ....peace

Hey man i gotta say for something u were just having fun with it totally got me thinking, although its jazz i couldnt help but think ur percussion sounded a great deal like swizz beats and thats def a compliment if u ask me. holler!

I updated the percussion a bit, not because i wasn't pumped about your review, i just wanted to make it slightly more natural, hope it was a good idea haha

Great use of VST's to delve into a generally non electronic genre! It sounds good and a little bit live! Really cool bass line! The rhythms have me nodding my head! Nice to hear an organ in there! Very cool track!

Thanks john, i don't know much about funk fundamentals, but new vst's gave me the opportunity to give the genre a shot. technically it's probly cringe worthy for passionate funk fans, but it was fun for me so it's all good haha. I'm glad you were able to enjoy it as well my friend :)
