My processing method is,
EQ: Boost around 50-60Hz, Cut at 200-300Hz, Boost 2-4kHz, Lowpass 8-10kHz.
Compression: Ratio 3:1-4:1, Attack 20-30ms, Release 50-120ms, Gain Reduction 2-4db, Make up Gain 2-3db.
Saturation: Analog Clip, Drive 2-3db.
Transient Shaper by 36db: Attack 0.10ms, Sustain 0.99ms.
After processing I bounced down and normalized the sample loop to bring the levels up to 0.00db
The key is in G# 52-52.1Hz.
Organ 2 bass sound, I have preselected the note starting from C1 all the way up to G3, with plenty of legato so you have lots of room for ADSR. sample loop has been bounced in Mono with no effects (Dry)!

You may recognise the sound design, This is my attempt of recreating the Korg M1 Organ 2 Sample Using only Ableton Live 12 Stock Instruments and effects.
Instrument - Operator, Effects - Delay, Reverb, 2x Redux one for noise and the other for bit reduction.

Instrument - Grand Piano Pad, Piano ff Normal Lower, Comes standard with Ableton Live 12.
Effects - EQ to carve out the lower mids at a round 300 to 400Hz, Utility for pickup gain, Also used my own clipper chain to control the peaks and finally Pro-C2 Compressor, Preset used, 10 Tons of Weight bM I just backed off on the threshold, this helps balance out the sound.
