I have heard it before, and I thought you might have sampled it because it was exactly the same sound from a lot of hip hop tracks.
Been listening to Rocco's Priceless album lately and that sound is in almost every track. And I did manage to Google Zaythoven so I'm familiar with him now. But thanks for the upload anyways!

The Synth Originally was made by a producer "ZayThoven" or "ZayToven" you can google/youtube him. I did sample it. It is used in a ton of hip hop songs today
for expample:
Really From the hood by Plies
Put On by Young Jeezy
Put it down on me by Jeramih ft. 50cent
A similar rising synth you can hear in the song "Lose My Mind" By Young Jeezyf ft. Plies. Once you hear it you'll know what I'm talking about.
