Description : [Dark Liquid DnB]
Second shot at some dark liquid. not quite as dark as the first one but the basslines are a lot fatter. not cooler (necessarily), just thicker. Used FL Studio 9, Massive for the synths, and a couple samples.

Description : A friend and I decided that Dark Liquid DnB isnt really that common... not that we were sure what it would sound like if it was. but i wrote this track as a shot at some dark liquid.

Description : [Dirty Dubstep] (Final Cut : remastered, breakdown changed, transitions tweaked) Finally took a fair bit of time to flesh out a tune with all the stuff i've picked up so far... and it came out quite nicely, i hope. Samples are from Josh Maag, a member of a audio sample site i am a member of, they are used with his generous consent. Made in FL Studio 9 using Massive, MicroTonic, 3xOsc, Geektronic Bitcrusher, Scanned Synth(Thanks JahKnow, this is sick as f--), Quadrafuzz Distortion, and a few other secrets in the ever expanding arsenal. ;]

Description : [Chilled Dubstep] Despite not being uploaded until now, this was the first dubstep tune i made when i was still trying to figure out how to manipulate all the LFO's properly and form a solid dstep beat... it's not very good, but i've decided to share it with you all the same =P

Description : [Dirty Dubstep] (as in Trudge-er, not Trud-gah as my friend believes lol) Still in the process of mastering. it's clipping and im having trouble finding out why... but other than that it's done. Started working on something else and lost the flow on this one. so left it pretty basic in structure. enjoy.

Description : [Dirty Dubstep] [SECOND EDIT] Fourth Dubstep tune to date. still working hard on getting everything where i want but i guess that's always part of it. Made in FL Studio with Massive and 3xOsc for the bass and everything else from one shot sample packs and then edited.

Description : After stacks of tutorials and production bibles i think i'm finally getting the hang of dubstep. just programming those synths is such a b----. anyway. this was all done in FL Studio, used 3xOsc and WASP for the bass. and to get that extra bit of distortion i used this effect generator called Float Crush, a unique little subtractive distortion plugin. and its FREE. so grab it. If you want an explanation of how to use/get any of that stuff let me know!

Description : Second go at dubstep. not really a fully done track, i'm just playing with VST's and different methods to get the sounds i want. Not even close to there yet but i guess let me know how im doing lol.

Description : Another Drum n Bass tune that i've been adding bits n pieces to over time. i'm quite happy with it but want to move on to some new stuff so i just kinda wrapped off the end somewhat abruptly. if enough people like it i'll probably revisit it but this is still one of my first dnb tracks so its a learning curve. any constructive criticism is welcome. this track was made on FL Studio 8 producers, using only the standard packs and VSTs. with the exception of the snare which was from a sample pack on a drum n bass site.

Description : Returned to my love affair with Hardstyle on this one. used some of my own breathing for the breakdown and tried to make a heart-monitor-esque sound to build with. youll see what i mean. let me know if it sounds alright or not. cheers guys, hope you enjoy it.

Description : My Northern Lights track was an outlet for my confusion, and this is an edit to accompany newfound clarity. hence the name Daybreak. it doesnt have the emotional power of the original but i still like it. also the piano track you all liked is there still but i flipped it. giving an eerie climbing feel. anyway check it out and i hope you like this one aswell.

Description : I took my growl track and beefed it out a bit. hits alot harder now, should make your bass JUMP! check it. still not smoothed out as much as i'd like but its in the works.

Description : I'm really proud of this track. third one using only loops, think im gettin the hang of it! this ones a nice hard hitting house track. please feel free to mix it up but let me know, i'd love to hear what u come up with. Really appreciate some criticism on this one, want to know where u guys think i can make it better!!!

Description : My second loop-only track. i have no idea how to classify this one. its pretty upbeat and high pitch. the panning makes it feel like the instruments are spinning round your head (hence Revolver) Check it out, lemme know what u think!

Description : Play time with my newly aquired Vanguard VST. this thing is amazing and i recommend it to any trance/hardcore/hardstyle/whatever producer! give it a listen n lemme know what u think. Also, i mentioned using reverb as a pad in the 'Production Trickbook' thread. if you listen for it u can hear it, around 2:00 it stands out a bit.

Description : been goin thru a pretty rough patch lately and as always my music kinda reflects it. this is a fairly eerie dark piece. made with FL Studio, zeta vst, and some drum samples. i've really started to like reversing samples, adds some cool dimension, give it a try if you haven't already, just a cymbal or clap.
