Description : More cinematic type experimental music. Inspired from some movie I was watching where a guy was walking through a deserted nuclear reactor in one of those bio suits.
I downloaded some loop a while back that sounded like one of those radiation Geiger counters (props to that person as well as the others used), that set it off…I wanted to do a track that painted a picture, kinda spooky one at that. Very sparse on the beats and more atmosphere in this one. I had to add in a little guitar grindage loop part as well as various sounds / FX. Hope you dig.

Description : I just wanted to try and create a loungy vibe with some darkness to it, but still keeping it at a slow thump. Thanks to many Looperman members loops that were the key additions to my track.
The track is all loops, some full others cut and/or re-arranged. Most of the beats are a melding of various beat/fx loops. I'm kinda learning as I go so enjoy it for what it is.
Cheers to all!

Description : Another chill, acid lounge track that kinda came out of nowhere, playing around with beats. I really wanted to try and see if I could do a lounge track with a kind of dnb feel. I added in the usual lounge ambiance - organ loops, some sax, trumpet, and clarinet...to jazz it up nightclub style - then wanted to break out at the end...(once the bourbon hits) I threw in some crazy brass - a little influenced by weird Zorn stuff - for a chaotic ending. Hope you like it. peace.

Description : Just wanted to create an interesting track all the way through, changing frequently yet keeping a tone/vibe thru it all. Made with Sony loops in Soundtrack Pro. I don't really know what genre this is because I just create what I think sounds cool...Hope you like it. Thanks for listening. Cheers all.

Description : Another track of my Comrade Vu soundtrack project. This being the end of the imaginary movie I wanted to make something that fit the kinda sad but hopeful ending. I really like using choir loops if I can find them and these worked perfect. More of a cinematic vibe but still plays as a "song" I think.

Description : A guitar blazing rocker. Used some guitar loops from Rei4real - specifically his "chaser" and "yellow" riffs - hence: Yellow chaser...lol. I tried to throw in some elements of eclectic electronic beats and some synth additions...a bit of house with a traditional metal feel. Many thanks to Rei for his outstanding guitar loops. Hope you enjoy it.

Description : Cinematic, ambient, film like jam with some asian flavor, combined a bunch of drum loops to pick up a big japanese drum vibe, added in some chinese cymbals and woodblocks, some cool low end wind instruments and some modern electronic goodness. I've been experimenting lately with more mellow and cinematic stuff and this is one of my latest creations, hope you like. peace.

Description : This definitely is a headphone listen... it's my epic sci-fi futuristic cinema track featuring Eshar's poem acapella. Within seconds of hearing Eshar's voice I immediately started imagining a film opening, a narration from the films hero, setting up a "save the world" type story. I uploaded the first 7 minutes (or looper edit), I'm still working on finishing the now 13 minute track.
Using multiple loop sounds, swells and feedback I made a moody pad type opening to really capture some mood in Eshar's reading. Then I wanted to pulse into a slow opening to try and draw you into the story then a little surprise break out and back into more mood. It's got a kind of dnb meets industrial vibe to it but still plays as a cinematic backing. Made with Sony loops and of course Eshar's very cool pella'. Hope you enjoy it, I like the way this one is looking. peace.

Description : Another track I did a while back for my imaginary soundtrack project and thought I'd post it, since after not hearing it in a while I kinda like...lol. I was inspired by those creepy Reavers from that sci-fi show "firefly"...another cinematic type track with a slower darker build with lots of scary stingers and orchestra ques. Made from Sony and Mac loops and I believe there is a fellow looperman loop buried in there, I can't remember...that was almost a year ago...the older I get the harder it is to remember things, haha but thanks - if you spot the loop then let me know so I can credit you! cool. Put on your headphones, kick back and close your eyes....BOO!

Description : So I was doing back-ups of my old projects after a near fatal computer disaster and came across this track that I used to dislike, but after listening to it now, I kinda dig it so I thought I'd upload it. I made it in Soundtrack Pro using Mac loops. I wanted to create a 70's cop show vibe to it by adding in lots of clav and funk related sounds. I'm also uploading to my links page the video I cut for it, based on one of my favorite old school car chase flicks - the original "Gone in 60 Seconds" check it out! Hope you like it. peace.

Description : Inspired by 22catch’s acapella for "Fire in the Air" I decided to step out of my zone, and try some hip hop/rap…or so I thought. I began laying in some beats and trying to lock in Catch’s acapella, after a while I had a hip hop track in motion, only I just didn’t feel comfortable with it…I’m the first to admit that rap/hip hop is not my strong point -so I guess at that point that’s when this track turned into the rock monster it is now. I got some grindy guitar loops and various fx sounds and started messing with that to give it a more metal/rap sound (as overdone as that style is). Put some chorus filters on the ‘pella here and there and in the end I have completed a track that I really dig, mainly because of 22catch’s lyrics and delivery on this... Thanks Catch, I really like this song thanks to you! Hope you’all enjoy this one as well! Thanks for listening...now get yo fire in the air!

Description : **Mekor Maschina (feat. Vox loop by MrRobot)
I’ve been battling this one for quite awhile. I found this bad ass bass loop that sounded real mean – and that’s where it started…This track is all loops from a few of my new Sony loop packs…In the beginning I kept adding elements here and there creating a slow dramatic intro…then I got bored…lol…and jumped into some pounding sequences. This track is a roller coaster, up down, up down…the whole time I was making this track I was searching high and low for some good vox loops (why is that so hard to find good vox loops that don’t sound like an early 90’s “everybody dance nowâ€Â)…but then on a last ditch effort I searched through the bountiful bag of looperman accapella’s and found MrRobots loop (a female speaking French I believe, saying something about Maschina…lol. -Update: I have been informed this is MrRobots wife speaking Czech...thanks)– This loop sounded very cool and ironically I was watching “appleseed: ex-machina at the time, lol… this was a sign, so I cut it up and dropped it in. This gave me the sci-fi techno vibe I wanted – So Thanks MrRobot (again) LOL,…I also found a cool little female vox loop in my Sony pack and added that in as well. I have beat issues with this track that I probably wont address until like 4 months from now and I’m also having a hard time getting reasonable levels on my output mix – but I decided to upload it as is because I still like this one and I hope you can bypass the flaws and soak in the idea as a whole...it's along one clocking in at 7:38 so hopefully you can enjoy the ride that long. lol. Thanks for listening.

Description : I love old Juno Reactor, and have always wanted to try and create my own track loosely based on their vibe, but have never been able to get that synth sound in any loops I search through. This is one of those tracks that I started like a year ago, never getting anywhere with it, until I finally decided to just do what I could with it. I found a riff that when blended with the multiple drum loops kinda reminded me of that Juno drive. One of my sony loops had this female glitch vox effect that I threw in there, but I’m still looking for full vox to put on this, I think that would complete it. As for now I just kept adding onto it and eventually finished it with mediocre results. If anybody can make me some synth riffs like Juno Reactor PLEASE let me know…lol. So if you have a good pair of headphones that produce excellent low end bass then this song should sound pretty cool…hope you like it.

Description : Another one from the past, right when I got my orchestra Jam Pack...lol. I was all amped up to try and meld the orchestra and electronic flavors. I don't really know how to categorize this track? More cinematic i guess. Personally I'm more into the lower end sounds which is why most of this I used cellos, low strings, some tuba, french horns, and of course a big timpani ending. this track has 48 different loops, cut, manipulated and arranged into it, I have since lost the project file on a dead external drive so my dream to clean up and remix, is well...kinda dead with the drive...but I thought I would upload it and see if anyone is into it...thanks for checking it out - peace.

Description : Zip Shifter is one song off this CD I made that was a sci-fi soundtrack to a movie in my head. I know, I'm nuts... I just wanted to try and make a full collection of songs that told a story, this is just one of them off my "Comrade Vu" soundtrack endeavor. I hope to upload some more of them later. For now shift on!
Zip Shifter is all loops from Jam pack and some Soundtrack pro loops as well as some kick ass loops from you guys! Props to those used!

Description : One of my earlier tracks. This is all jam pack loops which I layered up (maybe too much) in Soundtrack Pro. I wanted to try and conjure up something that jammed, and in the end this one has kinda stuck as a favorite. Hope you dig as well - Ciao
