Anything I see with Tumbleweed associations I have to listen to and I'm not disappointed at all. It's all just so well put together and sounds excellent. Great sound on the strat! Wonderful stuff. Hope you are all well.
I agree mate...Tumbleweed stamp is always a guarantee for something very tasty...disappointment just doesn't come into question..:)
Many thanks for listening and comment_____Orlando
Wow! So good. I love the feel and your vocals are superb. It's a great track and you should feel very pleased with it. Amazing stuff. Love the piano part too. Great production. Top job!
This is excellent! Please pursue it and get some vocals on it. It's really nicely put together too. The acoustic sounds very good indeed and the composition is great. Top quality stuff. Great job. Look forward to hearing some more.
Your bass playing never ceases to amaze!! This is s virtuoso performance of some considerable worth. You and your partner Zappo are just having a "conversation" and it punctuated by the Miles Davis style trumpet part that fits so nicely. That rhythm guitar riffing is lovely and syncopates with the kit and your bass perfectly.
We MUST do a collab SOON!
Great stuff Dave. It's a breath of fresh air here on the Loop.
I didn't think it possible but once again you confuse and amaze us all with a huge step off the beaten track. Well done. Very courageous stuff. I actually think I like it too!!!!!
Hey homie yer boi planut here,I dig dat u dig it bra.I done dis so I cud be at one wid de urban bros ...brrrrrr jeez I should of ripped a Mercedes hood ornament off and hung it around my neck for effect!haha...I like HipHop to a certain extent, exactly where that line is drawn depends on what mood I wake up with which invariable tends to be one of negativity towards people that don't wear their apparel as designed..but I will occasionally make an effort to meet them halfway! lol..cheers mate Dave :)
I'm so out of my depth making any useful contribution here but I always like the challenge of listening to music that isn't in my comfort zone. You challenge me every time and I keep coming back and listening. This is hypnotic and very well crafted. Love the little "oh oh" too. A sense of humour is always welcome. Great job.
Hey Richie, it's always good to hear from you! No need to feel pressure to give critique, as honestly I rarely go back and change things after uploading any more. I'm happy with the reactions to this song, as hardcore electronic is not a very common listening preference, and yet most people who normally listen to my track are showing up to the party any way. I was having a hypnotic time in life in many ways, and it shows through in my work recently. That "uh oh" was from a field recording, and I should really find that kid to thank them... It adds a lot to the effect of the track. I appreciate you listening and leaving a comment my friend!
I love what you have done here. I think your interpretation of the music behind such a gorgeous vocal is just perfect. I like in particulary the half time feel of the handclaps that punctuate the track very well. The dynamics are nice too and drift in and out in a very relaxed way. Top job sir!!
I am always out of my comfort making comments on music I don't fully understand so apologies if I miss the point or make crass remarks.
Love the rhythm right from the start. Great dance beat. Lots of thought gone into the arrangement and it ebbs and flows really well. Nice journey. Synths sound amazing. Really builds and builds. Great stuff. Enjoyed it.
I think it terms of creating an atmospheric piece of music you have without doubt succeeded. The counter rhythms with the percussion and piano parts are excellent. For me the vocals maybe need to be earlier in the track to establish that nice vibe they have (the harmony is fantastic) and may be return again later. Just a thought!
Well, this is really an amazing fusion of many and several genres here. Even a nod to hip hop (are you feeling OK?) As ever a great sounding track and your bass playing never fails to impress.
PJB goes gansta! I would never have believed it - but it works beatufully. Great stuff. Hope all is well with you.
Hey Richie, thanks mate!...I left this piece pretty wide open so vocals could be added later,WordyBum has done some great verses for this track and I'll be uploading it shortly...I'm using a PBass with flatwounds here something I don't often do being more a JBass guy,but when a track needs that full mellow thump flats rule!....Man we have to do a track sometime, unfortunately I think Pat has hung up her singing shoes, but there's plenty of other stuff we can do. lol....thanks again mate..I see your back on the skins with your band now, seriously I don't know anyone who can play guitar, bass and drums separately at a professional level, most drummers I've met can't even read! lol...your an amazing muso! Dave :)
It's always good to hear a "proper" song on the loop. Verses, choruses, backing vocals and multiple guitars. Great stuff. Right up my street. I really like this and your Dylanesk vocal works really good. Excellent.
