nothing too muddy about it, actually not too much crystalline shine neither, just a clear comfy opaque...really nice track, enjoyed

Thanks Retronical...my monitors are garbage. Everything I do sounds bassy on them so it's hard for me to tell how the mix comes out.

iluv songs that bring back mems...Kate Ryan- Desenchantee and then Hard & Tango- This is my DJ... Accordian is dope and is needed to remind us western peasants of something from the eastern past. 2nd part is very Santana like, but i say give Jam & Spoon a run for their whatever...Keep up the good work, enjoyed :)

sometimes i think bands can make good dance music cause they know first hand what it takes to move a floor. Very pro like and def sounding of something you'd expect in a club. enjoyed

Ha ha thanks. Yeah, I'm kind of regretting the chemicals now, I still haven't caught up with my sleep properly but hey ho, I was celebrating. Haven't had a drink for over three years so i can't even remember what it's like now.
Cheers for stopping by and leaving comments.

on Drugs - TevanS Pills and Thrills Mix -- Mister XM by MMedia
lol i'd have to agree i'm not so appetized by the female adlibs, but the dude is dope enuff and iliked the overall bootyshaking experience, main course was bon appetite, i look forward to hearing more
MMedia
MMedia replied 4th Dec 2011 - 13 years ago
The female adlibs were one of those "seemed like a good idea at the time" moments. Apparently not. LOL I may re-master it without them but I would feel obligated to put something like a synth in it's place. Thanks for the listen and feed back. It's greatly appreciated.

on Give It Up Ft MuzicIzMee4Ever by CONEYISLANDRECORDS
as much as Nuada might enjoy his rnb dressed up in furry silk...It def could work using MizMee as the hook and rapper, but is also very elegant on her own. Either way is ballisimo, just laughing that this girl is getting it from every direction, worldly traveller!

this is just getting better and better...from the soggy bottom swamp land, UK rave scene, Texas roadhouse, grand ole opry, Vegas, clubs of Miami, Roller Disco and now the year 1702? Bear and his tricks, unreal

on Love Is The Only Light Euphoric Trance Mix by mhyst
Hi Mhyst. This is a really good tracking that gives some dance/ trance pretty well everything it was about. You are def one of the vocal greats plus a true producer. i hope the best for you in what you choose to do and consider myself a fan of what you do. Salute

on Star Rebirth by Mandii
Dream theatre comes to mind if you didnt say so yourself, very cinematic. Must say is neat how you achieved such a large atmosphere sound with such simple sounds, the guitar is alive and gives such an eighties flock of seagulls sound which, you guessed, cool. There are some 'zero crossing' pops that sometimes can sound increased with heavier reverb settings, is minor and just to consider in future recordings, if any questions about that feel free to ask here, i could suggest few quick remedies to prevent any pops, otherwise, AWESOME

on Neighbors by CuzzinCoo
this gave me a good laugh, used to have a buddy who'd get back at his neighbs by cranking a porn dvd while he went out. I think with some more satirical sound bytes and interludes, this would also own comedy genre. Good work

on Rock this groove by RichieWinn
this seems more authentic than Foxy Cleopatra herself. Leads me to believe that you good sir were guilty of an unbuttoned shirt and bellbottoms back in 78'...or at least late nites @ the roller rink. In the musical realm of things, neat to hear something seemingly so forgotten, yet original. I bet MizM never knew what was gonna hit her, cheerz to that, ohright
RichieWinn
RichieWinn replied 2nd Dec 2011 - 13 years ago
I still have those bellbottoms and shirt! Unfortunately I can't get into them anymore (they must have shrunk!!!) It was actually a surprise to me the way this track turned out but hey, the 70s, who can forget?

Thanks for the comments - very much appreciated.

a fun piece that in a dreamy way is like a faint memory of a clown rave, merry go rounds in the clouds? a feel good piece i must say, carnival like. Twister sister, Spark'er Lewis!!!
