Really liked this. I would master it to get a bigger sound, you know, like a bit of sub bass roll off, and some gated reverb on the higher percussion, to throw it back behind the speakers. but that's just my own preference. It's a great sound. Mix is perfect.
I've been listening to a lot of my many tracks made over the years this last year and I have to say this has been a real standout. I can just sit back and enjoy the whole thing. No real errors or problems and I love the flow.
Another standout one made in the last year is this:
Yea. love this track. All the music is great. I really like the way there are spaces between vocal phrases to let the listener process. And the second section with bass really sits well.
I think you could give it more presence in the mix, maybe a shade brighter, vocs up a little in the first section.
(Still I'm an old guy and my ears may not be quite up there so take my suggestions with a pinch of salt :) )
Thanks for stopping by and taking a listen! I got hit once myself. But I also kept the Hope in there with the driving drum pattern that never gives up! Again I hope no one has to experience this painful segment of life. Take Care! Fila
Great track! My preference would be to take the guitar down by a few db to let the rest of the mix breathe a little. There's a lot of cool stuff in the background. The guitar playing and sound is superb.
I just grooved to this. I love the chord sequence and how infectiously happy it is.
My own opinion is, that it could do with a bridge section to add some contrast.
Great stuff
I really like this. the guitar work is so accurate and smooth, and the orchestration and mix is great. I would have given the Guitar just a touch more edge, and moved the piano and guitar apart a little in position, say piano left, guitar right just to give some separation. Anyway that's all subjective.
Great work
Thankyou for the listen and the comments. Normaly I do pan my keys left at about 40% and my AX at about45%. I got hyped about my new upgraded system and went center crazy. LOL. Will stop by soon. Thanks again. PEACE. THE MACK MAN OUT.

The voice is beautiful, but I think it needs to go down a bit in the mix.
