Sweet ! Vocals really add atmosphere I feel. Aye man, I'm thinking of starting up a Youtube channel where I promote underground music. Will it be ok if I use this song in a vid?
Song's magic! I'm playing this next time I'm tripping :)
And also, I'm thinking of maybe starting a Youtube to promote underground music (electronic, future funk, some stuff I listen to but also hip-hop and reggae). Will it be ok if I post a vid for this song?
that's one of the finest hip-hop beats i've heard recently! ..and like i spend half an hour a day on youtube listening to the latest beats but something this good is rare!! ;)
i don't really know much about illuminatis and all that (i feel if anything it's a bit of a waste of time) but the vocals do seem to tie in strangely well with the beat! ^^ though i would agree w/ SubFreq: the first 2 vocal passages do sound a bit too close together.. but if not the whole has a nice groove and it's kind of old-school, which I appreciate - i'm a big fan of old-school hip-hop! (and a bit of the new school - though the old-school rappers tend to be better) :) it's a bit funky (especially w/ the guitar coming in at 0:24)
My fav part was the saxophone solo at 1:49! just beautiful - sort of music i could chill with all day! :p
and i like how you end it with the slowing down of the radio and interview voice, it really works to conclude the track!
on the whole good job on the beat, keep it up ^^ this is the type of hip-hop i want to hear ;)
it really makes ya think of a rainforest atmosphere! the synths are very effective in this one ^^ the reverb also gives it an open air feeling. nice one, keep it up ;)
shit's cranked up as hell dawg!! like the dirty south style - reminds me of something by Lil Wayne from 1 of his first albums, and the cello was an original idea ^^ i agree with midisparks on using those low notes - works very well! :) and the chorus is catchy! good job, keep workin at it! ;)
thanks for the listen, Im glad you like it, theres more to come soon enough, I've been thinking bout re-recording some of my older stuff to see what I can do with it now versus then..
nice piano playing ^^ would work as good lounge music for having a meal, it's got an everyday feeling to it if ya see what i mean.. yet it could be sampled to make a smooth beat! good job! ;)
Ya were right with the loops chose, keep it simple - that's the best! :) normally i don't like Valentine songs but this is something unique, my fav so far, and the rap is just perfect, the girl has bars and i love when she passes to french, even though it's Canadian french which is a lot different from the Marseille french I speak here ^^ enjoyed listening ;)
The French 'girl' is actually me pre-hormones x) And I'm from France not Canada, believe it or not :P I moved when I was 15 though so I kinda lost the accent.
But thanks man for the feedback I appreciate it!
the wind instrument at start gives it a nice oriental touch - unique. the percussion w/ the drums is interesting as well ^^ makes me think of a bird flying - beat has like a sensation of freedom if ya see what I mean... good job :)
the piano makes it relaxing to listen to :) gets a bit repetitive though could be better w/ an mc on it, can Curren$y on this one - could be made into a good smoking joint! keep the good work up ^^
like the old-school & soulful beat to it ^^ & ya rap style is interesting and original! ya got bars, good to hear ya getting creative with them. keep the good work up ;)
Title is quite nice actually, has a rainy feeling about it - kind of supernatural too. enjoy the atmosphere on it, original. just make it a bit longer, i'm feeling it though ;)
very relaxing to listen to :) and the synth at 1:33 was an interesting combination - gave it a supernatural atmospher ^^ very original & the vocals work perfectly with the music! ;)
this is clean, real clean ^^ love that classic hip-hop vibe ya got going here and the sample is first class,
keep this type of beat up, I dig this vibe! :)))
Interesting mix of that rock vibe with the hip hop beat - works well with the gunshot sounds! needs some hardcore vocals to go in on it ^^ keep it up :)
that piano is smooth and dark, like how ya put the drums in and the rap goes hard, his voice reminds me kind of Juicy J - fits in nicely with the beat ^^ keep at it ;)
synth at the start gives it a nice rythmn - piano is smooth and makes it nice to chill to but I'd suggest keeping that synth for verses - anyway just my thoughts ^^ also, I love that synth u end with - gives it a cold type atmosphere on the hook! can feel this could be a banger - just needs some good vocals to flow with it!
good job so far, keep going ;)
nice progression in it at the start. those synths ya got have a sweet sound: my fav was the one that came in at about 1:07 - felt it had a kind of village type sound to it (just my thoughts)...
not my type of genre but I enjoyed listening ;)
yeah, i love that old-school vibe you got running through on this one ^^ the distortion behind it has a nice vintage effect,
this the sort of beat we need more of in hip-hop and it works well with the sample
I enjoyed listening ;)
This is devilish, could be like a halloween track. i like the combination of sounds on here inparticular for the rythmn. ;)
Just one thing: the parts where ya fade the beat out slightly and then come back in are a bit odd, however, it's very good, keep it up ^^
Love the vibe here & ya can't go wrong with Farisha's voice ^^ i like how ya got the vocals fading in and out - makes it real smooth and wavy, reminds me of the sea, the drums sound like waves crashing down on the sand... very calm and relaxing, it reminds me of my last summer. I enjoyed listening ;)

I'm not pro Illuminati. I just use the name to spread awareness about it etc.
I have been meditated on how to fix the vocals. I prefer to avoid changing the tempo, because it was a big job to record it all.
I'm around 40, and I prefer the old school style. The music was better back then.
I didn't use any samples other than the voice. I made everything with VSTs.
