on Solitude - Bekar boom bap type beat by MyTurnMusic
Nice work - cool beat, some nice cross rhythms and sweet melodic elements, nice sound production - piano almost sound like a toy piano - ripe for a vox

on Dont Mess by Shatner
if bolero was hip hop it might sound like this - hypnotic softly jazzy boom bap march with intelligent rap

on Im 22 by SANDYMBEATS
Fantastic Track - lovely airy background, crystal clear sound on the instruments, nicely constructed, top vocal, great sound production, etc.

Happy Birthday! (I got 40 years on you ... but can you imagine how good you are going to sound in 2063!)

Another beautiful track - some very sweet melodies gently woven into a ghostly ambience - bummer when you loose the stems hey

on Save Me by tcpscore
Beautiful work - keep going with the (re) mixing - Manuela gives great advice. Waves used to have a mastering essential course for free (but I couldnt find that now)though they do have a load of courses you can pay for but there are many good youtube videos with similar content.Id start there. You will get good feedback on LM too - I dont know what Im doing half the time but the advice here is gold and it's fun to try to get a better sound.

on Soul Searching by Dirtzilla
Hey - Ive heard some nice tracks from you before so I know you can do some nice mixes but Manu's on the money - all the elements are there but screaming for a remix - look forward to hearing the revised version : )

Thank you for the ear. I've been out of commission for a while and created this track while under the weather. As I listen to the track today you are all right. I can do better. Again thank you for your insight because it does and always helps.

on under dictation by Shaman77
Very cool - I think if you get the stems from Rita you can probably get a slightly better mix - to my ears in adding this great vox over the original track there is just a little loss of fidelity .. but it's great
Big congratulations to you both : )

on CONCERTO IN THE KEY OF E by T576
Nice! Love the build, the timpani sounds wonderful, and as it evolves every instrument shines in its right place. It's a really beautiful composition and arrangement - I cant imagine how long this took (not quick I think!!)
T576
T576 replied 4th Mar 2023 - 2 years ago
Thank you pseudoble for the appreciated comment. This one took a different type of concentration from beginning to end. I had to think as if I were the person playing each instrument, as well as the composer and conductor. It took at least 40 hours to complete, but I noticed my brain was quite drained when I completed it, but was pleased with the results. Will stop by soon. Sorry for late reply. PEACE. T576 OUT.

on Foraminifera dating-feat ChiYu by AE03hua
Nice work - I wonder if you fade some of synth sounds in and out a little more the sound would be less settled in the middle (as Manuela says) and you might make more space for other elements in the track / we might hear some different frequencies, but it is really good already. And hey you have a lifetime of making music ahead of you, can you imagine how good you are going to sound by the time the next birthday comes : )

I've kept working on it for the youtube version and now that I've played it live a couple times I would probably do it again slightly differently... we learn a little every day :)

on Aftermath by DijamMusic
Nice work mate - same dark elements (though I leaning more to bird call as my fav of these 2) and nice mix drawing more on some 'classic rap' compositional elements - this one is begging for a rap too
DijamMusic
DijamMusic replied 3rd Mar 2023 - 2 years ago
Thanks for that Ian.
Ah, you know when for a minute you have a really bright idea and you start something then halfway through you get deflated? that was that moment when I started this track.
Thanks for the comment and fave mate.
