it is beautiful texture with sort of a ping pong effect i think going on in the bells between channels? seems complete in and of itself. thought for a minute the opening wanted something melodic in the bass. but then as the track built I understood that it should stay simple. so I don't know - are you looking for a collab still on this? peace.

I visualize someone sitting with their pain. Perhaps reviewing in their mind with some nostalgia happier days. A beautiful contemplative piece.

The bass is rich. I guess u r looking for a lyric. boy workinmickey D's Tatoos on his arm diamond in his ear. workin his gig. Doing the right things. The beats are in his head. Dreeamin bout his production. Free association. Good luck with developing the neat feeling here. Cheers

Had another listen. Maybe a new synth fading in at the end and bringing in a new little section? Will give it a shot. I like the use of the drum in this. Peace.

at 1:42 I like how everything stops and you just get the bass for a second. you have a lot of interesting elements and they are def spooky and you put them together in a way that does give the nightmare feel. nice work. i guess you are looking for a rap on this, right?

interesting work with nice contrasting sections. that is a beautiful oboe sound you found. at the end what I hear is a fugue (of several voices of woodwinds that could develop and transition to a recap section. does that interest you? let me know. regards - Dan

you are doing a nice job with the string arranging/mixing. hats off with it. what program/sounds are you using? what are you mixing in? you are right about what to add - guitars, bass, drums, I hear it also. nice work so far. Dan

Actually I found these loops on Looperman (I cannot remember who was the original creators were, but there was at least 3 who I searched) and did a trial and error test run.

When placing them together in a song, I actually use Audacity and export it.

someone told me little Harrisburg, PA (my town) is beating Philadelphia in number of homicides, and that is crazy. so we have to hope for the boys to put the guns down somehow, someway.

what are you looking for in the collab? there is room for more going on in the bass I think, and there is room for some riffs. let me know. peace. Dan

First off....
How are you? eye do hope that all is well , and then with true appreciation many thanx for the listen in and intricate review , as breaks the heart of thought when the loss of life can become a competitor's stamp when statistics compare city to city and nation to nation's qualities of life and lack there of for that matter. As it seems terms spoken of politicians, staves at the president and govornment and justice vs citizens fail to speak into the deep ear of inner thought, this is from my hopes to perhaps speak through music in a way to prove to be sound candy yet at the same time prove nutricious for the heart and mind . So please where you feel to hear room for your imagination to share and flow please do take this as tool of means of hope that just maybe it can reach the shores of sanity love and regards of life to blossom unity and peace .....to spare humanity so that notions to use weapons can lay to rest and no longer continue allowance of weapons laying to rest the the individuals of humanity ....... again many thanx ... much respect

Hey, thank you for stopping in my friend, it's always good to hear from you! I'm happy that the bass side of things is leaving a good impression, as I've put a lot of effort into learning how to keep it sounding good. Between the loops I find on Looperman, and the others I've collected over time, I have a lot to chose from now. That really helps when limited to loops. Thank you for your well wishes, I think the old bastard is staying in his place now and not murdering that I can see. I appreciate the comment!

sounds good to me. sometimes I just look at the wave form and can tell how interesting it is gonna be. I mean, there are discreet sections, and you can see that intensity levels change up. as for the sounds - it's very sophisticated and impressive from where I stand. peace.

Hey friend, thanks for stopping in! Doom vocals, that's interesting, haven't heard that specific term before. I guess it fits what I've been doing lately. Cool! Happy you enjoyed the mix! Have almost TOO MANY ideas lately, so I just have to pick one and take it to it's conclusion, so expect something different next time. Appreciate the support!
DanGoldstein
beautiful string melody and perfect transition to your synths (drop). i like the use of plucked sounds in this second section. i wonder if you adjusted the volume of the singing since the comment about it being too loud because it sounds well-balanced now (and amazing high notes!). beautiful work. congratulations.

Yes, I adjusted the volume of my voice. It seems that I'm not a good singer as I thought :P
