I like it so far. Some suggestions would be to vary things up a bit as the beat gets a bit repetitive. Also try adding other synths and maybe an extra piano part at the middle of it will make it better. Good job so far, with the right amount of work, this track could be a really good one!

Thanks for listening...!!
I just finalized the track arrangement and uploaded here. And yea your right,I am going to add some new synths and piano variations or even a chilled electric guitar part in the middle where everything fades away and take the new synths and guitar part upto the sudden pause at 3.10....
Will add some beat variations tooo..

Thanks for listening and for the feedback...

Actually once you listen to Drum and Bass you get addicted to it and it never leaves you...Same thing happened to me and I decided to make a classic DnB song....
And its pretty much hard to program beats and manage the the arrangement.

Thanks for feedback and yea the track is soft with banging 172 BPM....

Changing the chord scheme after a while is a good idea since it now gets a bit repetitive after a while

I like the bass line, but what happen to the beat around 0:45? it fades a little and then it never get back to the starting level. I'd try to work on the chords, maybe adding sounds in the harmonics... which chords it's up on you and the idea of tune that you have in mind :) Some soulful chord would fit very well, imho.

Keep it up!

I was wondering the same thing. The beats never come back to the same level after the bass-line kicks in.I think the Bass is dominating the beats.I will EQ the bass and lower its volume.
And yes I am working on some new synths and chord sequence....

Thanks for the feedback....!!

Sounds pretty good so far and you could easily change the tempo and throw in some dubstep or orchestration or just continue this with some variation like a key change.

I was thinking of adding Orchestral elements but then i decided not to...Kinda wanted it to be pure DnB...
I think i would add some Wobbles near the end(It would be awesome...!!)
Going to add some new synths and piano variations or even a chilled electric guitar part in the middle where everything fades away and take the new synths and guitar part upto the sudden pause at 3.10....
And is the sudden pause good or should I make it more intense..??

Thanks for the feedback..!!

This could develop in many directions, so it's hard to suggest anything in particular. The basis is well done and produced and I think you don't need a new intro, because this fadein with raising brightness in the sound works extremely well and could be considered as a sort of an intro. For the rest of the track maybe some pads would come handy and perhaps an addition of a more distinctive solo instrument (like sax for example). All in all you have a good platform for further development...wish you successful continuation of your work!

All the best____Orlando

I like the fadein, where things are indistinct and then become a lot clearer.

Maybe have some sort of pad sound on top of that? Or some other lead so that the d'n'b fades in underneath.

Simple main keyboard line that works just fine and the drums sit well. Tiny bit of something like guiro there panned to the right.

Build and break just before 1:01 is a nice subtle touch and the track takes off a little bit more after that.

Good delayed piano (?) right at the end. Use more of that during the full track and let the delayed note spill out over the beat.

It's hard to know how to suggest you take this further.

But you could change to a different, maybe bigger bass later and move the drums more to the ride/crash. Those are just obvious things so not much real help there.

Good luck with it as it all sounds well produced so no criticism there.

it is a hot mix of percussion and you get all of the sounds coming through clearly in their proper place. no easy task. it is a subtle energy that you achieve - but there is great energy for sure. great start! don't let it go! all the best.

I used Serum, Massive, Sylenth1. I used no presets, and no prefabricated loops. This is all original content from scratch. The only exception being the vocal samples.

Description : 170 BPM drum 'n' cell epic. That's drum 'n' bass with lots of my layered, lead cello playing. It's both banging and chilled out, with intricate basslines and soaring, melodic cello parts. Instruments: electric cello, piano, three synth basses, two synth pads. Drums are loads of drum loops supported by a few programmed acoustic drum kits. It's fast and powerful stuff but there are also two deep grooving half tempo sections. No guitar so anything that sounds like it might be is, unsurprisingly, cello. This was fairly hard to make and required a lot of hard work. It's still far from perfect, especially the rather abrupt, unimaginative ending (I couldn't think of anything better). Have a good listen and then consider leaving me some fascinating feedback. Not much drum 'n' cell about so I like to think this is worth checking out...

Currently it's raw, so sorry if it's not up the quality I'm used to producing.

I went from a chill-out track of the Faded remix to this lol.

I got my start in the industry with Liquid DnB, it's a nice thing to go back to every once in a while. Especially remixing such fantastic vocals.
