I hope it appears here and there in the song, it's a good little catchy hook. Well done overall, look forward to the full version.

Well done on this one Doc! There is a cool, funky, smooth, acid jazz feel to this. I am a big fan of percussion, the bongos are a nice touch. The sax sample was a great addition. Liked the keys, I can hear a few different ones, all classic sounds. I think the mix sounds great but I'm only on my second cup of coffee. ;)

Can't really find anything to suggest or find wrong with the track, sounds like a keeper to me. Great job Doc!

The soft pads and easy beat set a nice background for the soft and beautiful vocal track. Very sweet track. Nice break in the middle. A little mastering and this would be awesome!

I absolutely love this track. I got into Louis Prima years ago and we played lots of standards in my band, Vince Guaraldi to Dave Brubeck and more so I can completely get into all these styles of jazz, blues, swing and dixieland. You did a great job mixing them all together and making it all make sense. You are quite talented Scott, great one here!

I must say it is a very creative song. Cool bass for sure. The vocal samples were interesting, some sounded like they were drunk, lol. Overall the many effects on the vocals and the lyrics cannot be overstated!

You and staticnomad should battle it out for the longest track, lol. Haven't been around much, glued to the World Cup and haven't recovered completely from giving up that late goal against Portugal.

This is my first track of the day, listened on my headphones and sounded good to me. Each part had it's own distinct feel and personally I liked the groove and feel of the second half of the song, I guess it would be the middle part. I thought the steel percussion around 6:30 was a good choice. The parts seem to match up nicely and went well with my coffee.

Like I said, just take it for what it's worth. I said I wasn't familiar with dubstep or even know what brostep is. All I was doing was making constructive criticism so that that vocals were easier to hear. Sorry if it offended you in any way. And I do like music that is outside the box but I also want to hear the vocals as well. Wasn't insulting you or your music, just trying to help, sorry, won't do that anymore.

It's interesting as is and I'm sure the final mix will be different. I would suggest making the drums a bit more interesting and use the wobble to make an impact, seems just a bit overdone. Now I am not a big listener of dubstep so I am only suggesting more from a general arrangement/producer point of view. As the vocals come in they seemed a bit drowned out by the wobble, maybe give them some room to shine. Just my 2 cents, take it for what it's worth.

Definitely a heart pounding journey. Would sound great in the movie "Apocalypto" during some of the chase scenes. Loved the drums, very impacting. You made your own flute? That is very cool! Well done, track sounds great, lots of intensity!

Nice one man, love acoustic guitars so right from the beginning I was interested. Thought the strings were a good choice. The song has a "soft" feeling to it, meaning there are no rough edges or any hard, bone jarring sounds, everything sort of blends together nice and easy. Mix is fine, I think I missed the original. Pretty cool track, dig it!

Sweetness! Love the feel of this track from the first note. The flute was creatively put to use here and has a very cool undertone to the song. There is a slight Latin feel to this and I like that. Complex track. Love all that you did here. Can't give you technical genre help cuz I know nothing of electronic music but the sounds, loops, samples and everything else gelled seamlessly. Felt like this track went on for days, lol, mean that in a good way. Long interesting tracks are long and interesting. Th emix and overall sound sound of the track is the first thing I noticed, great quality.

The song is cool, I could hear David Byrne singing on this one. The bass stands out, carries the rhythm. Drums sound pretty good as well. I like all the space here. makes the little things stand out more. The vocal sample, yeah, has some cool effects on it and is a catchy hook. The female vocal track is great, wonderful voice and works well with the music. The music is stellar, pretty cool dubstep track. The bass rips and there is so many cool sounds and effects that pop up and keep the song so interesting to listen to. Definitely liked the ending. Dubstep isn't my usual listening genre but this really is a trip!

I am glad you posted this as I am ready for the World Cup to begin. Can't say much in the way of technical help as this upbeat electronic music isn't what I usually do but it's upbeat, fun and packed with energy. It has a very international feel. Liked the honky tonk piano to start with and the game clip must sit in the hearts of all Aussies.

Hey Richie! Glad to see you around these parts again and to hear that the work is almost done at the house, that must be a relief. I remember this one when it came out but can't recall who did it. I haven't heard the version you mentioned that this one is styled after so I can give you a pretty unbiased review.

This is very laid back and simplified as far as the music goes, maybe even r n b in a way. When it started I gad no idea what song it was, the piano run at the beginning was a nice touch. Pauline has a beautiful and clean sounding voice, love her rendition.

Mix is fantastic, like where you put the vocals, maybe lead and fills could be a little louder, I mean if you got got it flaunt it, lol. The tracks sounds great, totally love this chilled version.

Is this the same song you sent me? Wow, what a difference, like it a lot. My feedback probably was not very good, still not over my cold. But what Spiv and Bear have done to assist you here is pretty cool, gives the song a whole new depth and dimension that the original lacked but I never realized it until I heard this version(if that makes any sense).

Had to give this a few listens. Liked the reversed cymbals, seems to work as a nice effect. The vocals are sweet, she has a nice voice and the lyrics are cool. And of course the acoustic guitar is my favorite part!!

Your first collab is certainly a success my friend, a great track for sure, one of my favs by you(and spiv and bear).

Figured I would stop by and give a few of your tracks a listen. I liked the effects on the kick drum, sounds a bit like some delay was added. I thought the beat could have had a few more fills in it to make it a bit more interesting in places. It sounds like early pop/synth music from the 80's.

I had a hard time at points making out the vocals, maybe you could post the lyrics to help us hard of hearing people, ;) I love percussion so the bongos worked for me. OK song overall, felt a cool change somewhere in there would be helpful in breaking the song up a bit and adding a little interest. Hopes this helps!

I hit the random button and this track showed up and gave it a listen. Lyrics are well done, like Coney said that's some funny stuff but tell a story.

Cool track, catchy chord progressions and nice layering of the instruments. This would certainly work at any club, I think it would get people up and dancing.

I can hear the Weather Report especially the intro, plus I love Jaco P!! Fusion Jazz certainly isn't an easy genre to play or just wrap your head around but I must say this is pretty cool indeed. Loved the muted horn, I used to have a horn player in my old band and I used to love when he would use the plumbers helper to mute the trumpet, lol.

Way to go guys, sounds awesome, great composition.

How do we have peace on Earth? Good question and I'm sure many ideas as to how we could achieve it. First we need to make everyone in the whole world listen to this track, then listen to each other. Cool concept type song with a good point. The drums were pretty cool, not too much in your face like some dnb tracks are. It gives the track some space and allows the nice pads, vocal sample and sounds you picked to come through in places. Like it, well done on the mix, nice job mixing in the vox and a cool vibe overall.
