Oh, yeah. The entrance sets the pace nicely. Synth strings sit perfectly. The change at about 2:10 with those chord progressions are sweet. This is smooth. Great job.
Bringer! Ah yeah you hit me with that tuba ish bass line. Absolutely amazing melody. Kick/ride cymbal………. economic and killing in the cut! Those exit key riffs tho. Another BOD masterpiece. Faved. Peace.
Thanks, My drums were definitely simple on this one. I've been working on economics in my music. Just cause I can play a million notes doesn't mean I should.
BaoBou. The opening hit me with solemn and reflective contemplation. The piano chords and phrasing told as much of the story as you did with the vocals. Really a nice arrangement. Heartfelt and honest. A respectful work my friend. I will definitely check you out on ITunes. Peace.
That's awesome Mark! Here's a page with some links to streaming platforms (it's actually available on 25 but these are some of the more common): https://baobousmusic.hearnow.com/step-by-step
Thanks a lot for the listen and the gentle feedback. The next one will be more funky again ;)
Micky! This is very impressive. This composition is constructed on a solid foundation with a notable airiness on account of those exceptional synths. An outstanding balance! Your vocals and guitar prowess is par excellence, perfectly blended in the mix. Great job Micky.
Always happy when you listen to my tracks. Your musical expertise is always a good motivation to keep going! Let's never lose sight of hope. Peace, Micky
This is a nice listen here. This is excellent work! The mix is full of goodness. A definite Fave. At 2:33…… no you didn’t do what I thought you did! That samba tho. Thank for sharing. Top quality throughout.
Hey Rob ok so off the stinking bat………that groove starting @ around 0:10 is just plain nasty. Yeah NASTY! Then the synth’s @:0:59 made me slightly wobbly. This is genius throughout especially that exit solo. The overall mix is clean and coherent. Wonderful job Rob! Fave? Definitely. Peace.

C'est vraiment bon ! Les cordes sont bien en dehors des charts. La basse est folle et la batterie est exactement là où elle devrait être. Excellent. Continuez !
CBC. Just how did you mix this track, as I'm listening it sounds as if I'm in a Corvette Z06 c8 with the system cranked to perfection driving very fast not really caring about the red and blue lights flashing in my rearview mirror LOL. No disrespect to Ferrari, tho. Creativity, through and through. Thank you for the ride. Peace.
mmalvern. I’m really with this track. You put everything in the right place at the right time. My kinda business! A wonderful listen that would be unlawful not to FAVE. Thank you for sharing.
Micky, this is SOLID. So you have crafted a way back time machine with this track. A strong "Human League" feeling going on. The attention to detail has paid off handsomely. Vocals are superb. Enjoyable listen.
Hi Mark. Well, I never would have thought of Human League... in fact, I never liked them. But you meant it as a compliment, and I thank you very much for that.
Peace, Micky
Rob just stopping through for another listen. I remember you showing me the melody for this one on the ol Farfisa back in the day! Still digging this one. Peace.
