Hey this is deep and dark, just how I like it! Found it with a search for "atonal", didn't know what I'd find...heheh I like the atmosphere of this very much! Hope you're still around the site, because I'm going to play this on loopradio.net tomorrow! Faved for sure! Thanks for the DL!

on Hall Monitor by ScottBurright

Hey, this is really cool! I did a search for "microtonal" and no tracks came up, so I decided to search for "atonal" and found this gem! You should be proud of this! I regret being quite a bit higher in 2009 than I am now, and thus not finding it til now. Groovy stuff for sure! I'm going to play this on loopradio.net tomorrow! Faved for sure! Thanks for the DL!

on Flaming - Spivkurl - Extraball Remix by Diskonnect

Hey I don't know how I missed this! Didn't see it pop up in the forums for some reason. Anyway, it's a really awesome reinvention of this song! The stripped down, sort of half time feel really works! It puts me in mind of a very 90's style of electronic almost bordering on trip hop or something! You really gave a good feel to the chorus parts in my opinion. Thanks so much for doing this remix, I'm very impressed! Faved, and DL'd for future listening and broadcasting!

Diskonnect replied 3rd Mar 2014 - 12 years ago

Thanks for letting me remix it, it was fun! And glad you liked it too! It came together quite fast, they are always the best ones! I'm going to put up my track "The Machine pt. II" for anyone to remix when I get home from work so keep your eyes peeled if you wanna have a bash at it!

on time for Grime by cheeseymofodude

Hey it's pretty cool for sure! I like the instruments you used, and it's got pretty good loudness. I think the main thing you should work is the stereo field. Many of the parts that are panned seem really one sided, I'm not sure if they are panned completely to one side or not. One thing I like to do to make things a little more stereo, is to send the panned part to a "send" and pan it a little bit in the opposite direction. You can add FX to this send, and when I do that I usually try to make the send FX wet, and turn down the fader on the send to adjust the FX mix. I hope that makes sense. This way you can adjust the volume and panning of two seperate channels for one instrument to suit your tastes. Anyway, I really like the track! Keep at it!

cheeseymofodude replied 27th Feb 2014 - 12 years ago

Very very useful feedback! Something that had never occurred to me or that Iv spotted done on any youtubes! THANKS!

Now that I'm doing a hip hop show on loopradio.net it actually makes sense that you linked this up in my comments...haha it's the most played trap song on Looperman, so you should be proud! This is fantastic! I love acid... hehehe... Great sounds you've put into this rolling thunder of a trance track! I got a kick out of the phrase "high government officials", as I wish they were a little HIGHer. Oh this is so awesome, you are always excellent at mixing and arranging! One hell of a track man! Faved for sure! I'd like to play this on loopradio.net soon if it's okay! Amazing! Thanks for the DL!

on Makes Me Go Remix Ft Bunnie Rabbit by StaticProjekt

Haven't hear a song with Bunnie's vocals for a while, and it's nice to come across this! Very original style of trap! Did you add effects to the vocals? If so, I like what you did with them, kind of an artificial sound to them, and if you know me you know I love that sort of thing! Very creative! I'll download this and keep it around for radio play sometime. Thanks for the DL!
