Thanks and umm, man, I'm tryin to think back. It was definitely an Effect I added onto the main song. Kinda hard to peg it down to which one because there was like... 4 channels of Effects I used on this, I think. I think it was= EQ, Distort, and Amp Simulation. Beyond that I'd haveta go back & check. Glad ya dug it. Later on!

wellll, i dont really know the diffrence!! i mean, i guess the synths are meant to be syncapated with the beat or something? i dunno its the only diffrence i could think of? but i think i prefer hardstyle! anwyays nice track altogether!
well, i love hardstyle, and this follows a lot of the hardstyle conventions! sick claps, glitched vocal loops, and of course an AWESOME beat! bass truly is the best thing ever. you mixed the beats together so well!

perhaps a good idea would to be to lengthen your progressions over 8 bars, instead of 4? someone told me that i should do that, seeing as most trance tracks do that? but i mean, i think it sounds good anyway, and the change at 2.28 is GREAT! it sounds like some crazy alien rave on mars.
i absoutley loved the melody on this one! sounds really epic and kind of foreboding (?). The filtering on the synths is done really well, the drums build up perfectly, and you make sure that every instrument is introduced to the song with style! something that i should learn!
Decided to review all your tracks, seeing as i love trance and dance etc, and i wanted see how other people were doing it! As far as this track goes, i love the vareity you have with the sound effects, and the layering of diffrent drum lines! great vocal accompaniement to this, a lot diffrent to almost anything iv'e heard before! the beat is really original, nice time signature, and a sweet horn line! really good track!
Hi lorin, thanks for the comment on the vocal (sometime the singing get's bypassed). The horns on these tracks are huge, Ive pulled everything out! 2 alto,2 tenor,1 baritone, 2 flute, 1 clarinet & 1 soprano. Time signature is 4/4, but it's a funk kit I've used and there's some great rhythm playing going down... Thanks for the kind words..
a good chord progression, nice vocals, with good changes! i can see where your coming from with this track. Only 1 problem- the bitrate! It sounds distorted beacuse you need to change the bitrate to over 160 kb! so just convert it to a higher bitrate and you should be fine!
thanks for stoppin in. i had already increased the bitrate over 160. and changed it to best quality vbr. and it was still causing me problems. This latest upload i converted to mp3 from cd format. so i hope it works. cause if it doesn't im gonna have to leave this one alone for a while.
