bass guitar loop that starts at 0:08 and plays many times in the track gets me boring in the second half.Other than the track's quite different.Nice to hear such stuff.
very much like this cinematic kinda theme...like Mad Max or Escape from New York movies...very tensioned, dangerous song...my best is that outstanding bass guitar? line...
I know what you mean Cru!
When I named it it sounded a lot darker and the more I worked on it the livelier it got instead of darker still.
I didn't think to change it.
I dig this Silve, a really nice throw back tune. Takes me back to the 80's and new wave bands like Human League, Ultravox, Kraftwerk, Spandau Ballet, Depeche Mode, Thompson Twins, A-Ha, Tears for Fears, Eurythmics, Flock of Seagulls etc.. That was a great time period and such an explosion of synthesizer based music. Really paved the way to the new era of elecronica.
Of course "Time" is the nucleus here and the clock sound merged with the beat is very ingenious and cool. Some really slick progressions and transitions throughout and I love the sound effects! The ending is also nicely done...very sci-fi. Love it man !
wow wow wow! what an excellent track!i'm impressed, really! the beat is dope, and the clock concept to remember us time never stop is absolutely brilliant.
i'm fan of this track, thank you so much to permite us to download it ;) sure i'll listen it during a drive :)
Hya Bleep.
Glad you like it.
I loved making this.
It was aimed at the sit full of smoke spaced out crew from which I evolved many years ago.
Could spark up and sit and listen to the tunes and want for nothing more.
Few seem to do that these days.
Thanks for dropping in.
Thanks Beatz.
A lot of production work in this.
57 tracks in all with so many loops spliced into and onto other loops.
Took me weeks.
I still enjoy this myself.
Eyes closed half a bottle of Irish in me and I'm back splicing and dicing this thing.
Yeah still pleased with myself with this one.
Love the track man. The direction you took it fit perfectly. With all the sounds going on it's actually mixed quite well. Overall really enjoyed the vibe and production. Keep it up man!
This is the second song I've hear on looperman today which blows the NIN song I heard this morning out of the water. It's the first new NIN song I've heard in a couple of years, and they have been a favorite for almost thirty years.
Your song gets me up and going, which is what I need, You've done me a favor here!
This is groovy and sweet! I think you took me back in time about ten years... which at this point in time, can't be a bad thing.
Life now hurts, and your song feels good. You should be proud!! Faved! Thank you for sharing!
I had to check this track out, after hearing your last one and seeing the title. I'm glad I did, because it's super awesome electronic schtuff!
I'm hearing a lot of sounds which make me reminisce about Depeche Mode, which is always a good thing. This definitely does help me associate it with pop music, but it is more than that. It has depth and power which is not normally present in pop music, especially these days.
It also makes me a bit jealous... my medicine has run out, and will not be available without several months of waiting and much effort. Also, it is not legal since my certification has lapsed. A whole year with that certification, and never got to buy once! In a similar way to someone observing that your medicine is "making you younger," this lack is making me feel really old all of the sudden.
Your song is medicine in itself, and I appreciate you sharing these healing vibrations. Groovy, with plenty are harmonics to get right inside the listener.
I must feed the cat, and then repair a toilet (I hate plumbing). So, I will catch you later. Another fave for this awesome song!
Damn dude! This is freaking cool! Totally not what I expected when I arrived at your page, but it is the most pleasant of surprises!
Jamming electro throughout, but with so much more to love! It has that ska vibe, like I've also attempted... seemed rejected due to the modern impression of ska (which is more often just rock with a horn section). You've done it perfectly here... it's danceable, fun, and quite in-your-face punkish.
The dynamics are totally sweet, and I can see why you would be bouncing in the chair while making this. I was while listening. Went great as my coffee went down!
The depth of this was like a glimpse of reality without the filters and blinders that we must usually put on. That is no easy task! I applaud your success with this piece!
We totally need to work together on something before I get a gypso vardo built and disappear into the night. The immersion of commonplace reality has kept me from doing the creative work that I require, and songs like this help me refocus, so I thank you for that. When I recover from carrying cement and mosaic tiles (probably 100-120 lbs) home yesterday, hopefully I can get back in the studio.
I'm really happy to have heard this one, and it is a must fave! Thank you for sharing it!
Nice track here. This one combines a few genres. I hear electro, regga and a few other ones in there. Nice one there. Its very unique and was a nice listen. Thanks for the share and keep up the good work.
I like that word unique very much.
I put so much effort into trying not to sound like other peoples stuff.
The flow is not for me or the crowd .... especially the in crowd.
It's very difficult to not sound like what is or what has gone before and as I've said before not sure it's even possibly while retaining some sort of acceptable musicability. Did I just make up a word?
this is a nice track mixed with so many elements, and its cool not being able to tag/label feels like imagination and creating something new kinda like an experiment of some sort. i like it i tent to mix genres and styles around when I'm bored... kinda inspired me to start sharing some of my experiments too lol :)
I could swear I replied to this yesterday!
For me experimentation is the foundation of trying hard not to sound like everyone else.
Not sure that's even possible but try I must.
I look forward to your experiments.
Hi Silverman yup this put a smile on my face nice n bouncy good word that BOUNCY hee hee. I can see madness doin the sand dance to this remember that ?fookin great. Thanks for making my day a brighter one. Best regards Robbie.
Madness never came into my mind but it has now!
Yes I get what you're saying.
The scene is changing .... I'm now hearing madness doing industrial and my eyes are stinging with all this smoke!
polka-elctro-step-hop-reagge ...new genre i geus : ) Machines are pumping and fumes are exhausting. This has a nice rebel mood to it and the break with heavy synth at 2.02 is cool i like the crazier sytnhs at 2.46 still the reagge solo guitar could have been a little louder it's a nice little phrase
Polka now there's a word.
I like you machines and pumping exhausts and fumes.
Dystopian nightmare stuff!
It suddenly has an industrial edge when I listen to it ... see what you did there?
Great comments thank you.
To me this really defies categorisation...and who cares anyway. Creativity and inventiveness is in full motion once again. It's also very entertaining, so I Wish you alot of fun in further development although it's perfectly nice as it is !:)
Hi there Orlo!
It has been fun.
As is pretty obvious I've got this thing about rhythm at the moment.
Mixing up three four genres gets me what I'm looking for.
Bouncing around in my chair putting this together.
It's changed quite a bit since I cleaned it up.
Thank you as always.
Thanx Bleep.
I won't be getting my health better unfortunately.
Tumours on my spina cord that give me hell. Benign so they won't kill me.
After spending a week in bed I came back with this tune and when I heard yours I thought this is in the same vein!
So is Crus.
Amazing.
Hey Silverman. I loved your tune because it does remind me of what I am doing by mixing genres and in a minimalistic way. Is it pop?...not really but an electronic amalgamate. whatever it is it´s nice on my ears and I can appreciate it my friend. keep on keeping.
Steve
Cheers mate.
I was amazed at the likeness in mood atmosphere or something in the three tracks.
Cleaned up.
I don't think I can do any more as it starts to become to normal.
I still feel it´s a NIN opening, but I love the Pad rising like the sun to bring beauty to the track. the strumming guitar gives it an organic edge. organ stabs are a nice touch. yeah it does scream out sing over me!. 2:20 is a nice bass slap sound. a couple of Löwenbräu Radlers, and some wine (Vidal, Niagara region) and I feel this track eating at my bones. the groove is infectious to the core, and those organs keep stabbing and stabbing until I have no more blood to bleed out.
All in all a great work.
