Hi there, gosh it's nice to get a comment out of the blue like this on an old track, thanks. I remember distinctly recording it as it was late night/early morning, both front doors were wide open and the full moon was shining in. There wasn't much forethought but yes, I was pleased with the vibe, and I still like the track myself so that's good! Cheers mate.

Hi Cam, really appreciate your comments thanks. I played the lead guitar with my fingernail, no pick. I was surprised how much it changed the tone. Gave it this sharp attack then a soft finish with some harmonics in places. Anyway, that's by the by. Cheers man, Chris.

Cheers bro, glad you enjoyed. keys were addictive keys x 2 (rhodes obviously, one with a phaser), bass was free organ az3 straight preset, rest was guitars. not often i get called a smooth operator lol.

yes thanks. I have used it before on another track. it is a free vst organ az3 by Rumpelrausch. It's a pretty decent plug in for the cost of zilch I reckon.

thanks Mr Axel, I tried to up my game in the mixing/mastering on this one. I think it sounds a little bit better than most of my previous, but I'm a poor judge i think.

I travelled a bit in South Africa in the late 90's, Joburg was a bad old town even back then. But fascinating place for someone like me who's interested in ecology but also music. Appreciate your listening and comments man, I really do.
