yeah i love your track man but your drum loops turn them up a little cos your tuneoverpowers the drum loops but thats all i have to say the arrangement is cool i like were you are going with this track for now i give this track 7-10 because your drumloops let the tune down a bit so just turn them up and then that tune will sound perfect ok mate checkback soon
carzy man this track sounds like the drum n bass world is crashing towards earth, great has a venetian snares feel to it
(PS venetian Snares is a drum n bass artist) Love it.
Another great house track hey im starting to like this genre a lot, great vocals bass is good, sounds are really in synch.awesome song PEACE+LOVE AND TECHNO FORVER
being another artist that appreciates the desire to make tracks that dont sound like they came from a particular program, i have to agree with raporia; you did a beautiful job mastering this uber chill, naughy beat. i love with a synth follows, then joins a beat. it makes me wanna follow right along beside them...really nice piece!
Okies, so is the original mix of this longer or does it just cut out like that to segway into another song for big mix sessions? That's the only thing that I noticed as being kinda outta place with this. And I think given the nature of this track the name is uber fitting, because I could totally see some catnip addled kitty running and jumping about all over the place. Kinda like the world seen in the city through their eyes. The only thing that could make this track any cooler is if ya threw in some raging horns somewhere in there (like a Trumpet trio or similar). Nicely done mate. Lates!
lulz?
Indeed! That's what teh interwebs r 4 afterall. And facepalming kitteh agrees wif us.
Anywho, nuf chan-speak there and onto the song. Def understand why ya used the vox sams on here. They were just... Mezmerizing? Yeah, kinda like staring at something dead-on and being oblivious to it being there. And I dunno why, but for some odd reason the bass on this was reminding me of Benny Benassi's style (though less irritating and used as his stuff can be at times). Def interesting mix here mate. Makes me think of House, Trance, and Electro all at once. Cheers!
Thanks Donnie. Yeah the bass does sound like Benassi's. Side chain compressed the bass and I think a reverb track on it as well. Have a happy & safe New Year man!
I like this kind of stuff, almost drumcapella, I think that's the right word. It's not pretty, but it's powerful. You definitely have some elements of glitch in here. Great work!
Very cool use of the vocal samples! I could definitely see this fitting in well in a club. Very cool bass line, especially with those pitch sweeps. Fun track!
Wow...that's awesome....like it very much.....yes you got the style, that's very important...From where did you get insiped writing this one?? Maybe some Benassi music??? Finally I wanted to ask you to make something like a co-production.....cause I want to remix this one....reply to me plz and we will talk about it more...If you accept ofcourse...
yeah, bennassi and believe it or not Wolfgang gartner and dj kez and defunct! but yeah man sounds tight..just shoot me an email and let me know what it is exactly you want/need and i'll hook you up..listened to one of your tracks last night and can't remember what it was called exactly but it was good so im excited to see what you come up with..
This is one cool heavy house track! I really like all the vocal samples, and the bass line is killer. That kind of party you speak of is all too familiar, that's some funny stuff. I'm gonna fave and DL this track! Thanks for sharing!
I really like the various synth sounds you've used on this track, they really make the mix flow. I agree with the others that the bass sounds quiet. Very nice arrangement! Fun track!
yeah definitely repetitive but it lends itself to the "trance" thing that house music unabashedly and stubbornly clings too.
lol
I really enjoy things that in a contextual way juxtapose each other. The break near the end was gold.
I still like your style tho... i mean.. i like house
but any guy with a DAW throws some on the floor bass kicks and compression and they assume they "get it".
But maybe it's me--? I don't "get it?"
meh
But please don't think I am talking down about house--- I couldn't write a house song to save my life.
I mean--- I really hate to speak down on music-- and i really mean these comments out of love.
This is like the original mountain dew-- better than all the crappy flavors they have been producing lately lol
Great stuff -- your style is just "THERE" man. You can't fake that...
